If he said 'Drogba is too old to have an impact' I disagree, clearly he can. However genius he is probably talking about when we have a full squad, in that case he wouldn't have much of an impact as he is our third choice striker, do you think we would of played him in either of them games if Remy and Costa were fit? We would of probably beaten United with Costa or Remy, and that's nothing on Drogba it's just we would of been more attacking.

Since when does Eden have a free role? Most of the time he is a linesman on the pitch; far too deep and wide, he also tracks back at every opportunity against every team.

Who is this idiot? Anyway I wish Shurrle would start every game to be honest. If he can improve his consistency and ability to be collective on the ball he could develop into a top scoring winger, something we need in this team, and he adds runs in behind and width unlike Willian.

Ronaldo never used to have a killer instinct either, I guess you can improve on it.

Why not keep Oscar as sort of a high midfielder working with Matic and Cesc, and instead use Felipe more often. With Felipe, he can push forward, allowing Eden to come in more and taking up Oscar's number 10 role.

To be honest it's not harsh, it's true, hopefully it will light a spark in them to do better, especially Salah.

He was actually good last season though, I don't know why his confidence has fallen off the cliff, maybe we need to loan him to somewhere where he will start? But I wouldn't want to sell incase we need him.

The 6-3 at Everton was a mistake, Mikel was warming up already at 2-1, Jose was going to try and rely on a 1 goal difference again with over 30 mins to go. Also @MrExcallibur100 the match at the Etihad was completely different this season than last season. This season we was very cautious and basically parked the bus. Last season, I don't know what happened, maybe Jose took something before the game? But our team attacked and took the game to City, we actually dominated them in their own stadium and won.

Well Drogba's goal today was nothing like the one against Barca but I get your point.. hopefully he scores one like he did against Tottenham.

I don't think it was that bad last season, he didn't play much but would of learned a lot being in the first team and of course playing that fantastic game against liverpool. But I agree he should of stayed at Vitesse, or been loaned to another team which would have played him. Surely some premier league clubs would have been interest after his performance against Liverpool?

You know this really upsets me. Big fan of Kalas, he seems to have a big player thing about him, I don't know why he just seems to show character and desire when he plays. I know he will become world class If we gave him a chance but I can't see it happening, we really should recall him instead of letting them waste him.

Back track 10 years ago and we had our strongest team ever and probably the strongest premier league team ever, Arsenal still had their invincibles, United were a top team as always, and Liverpool were a top team who knocked us out in the semi finals of the UCL. Either the league has gone worse or the other leagues have gotten better, I personally believe our league has just gotten worse, especially if you compare the teams of liverpool and arsenal of then to todays, big difference.

Really unrealistic, they did the same last season; great start but dropped off because of their inferior squad to other teams.
