Looking at most of these comments about Mata you would think he didnt do any pressing or tracking back the last few seasons! (Agree i'd like everybody to work harder without the ball)Come back with your negative comments when we have any better creative player in OUR team and worry about the defenders defending better and the Cm improving , the strikers scoring more!

I think if you have watched Mata the last few seasons you would have seen his fair share of track back and defending,if he got injured or put in transfer request then there is Oscar, we have to utilise his creative input as much as possible as he is the best in the premiership at this.As for the last statement about philosphy etc .bollocks.

I'd rather see Mata score more and assist more than track back more and tackle more , leave that work to players that are not as gifted as Mata,its 1 thing to try to improve a player its another taking away the most creative player in the team and blunting his talent. In my humble opinion we should be building team around him!

Hope Mata beats last years stats for goals&assists or Jose has failed to improve him simples...

Cm at Cfc is far from overcrowded , and we have been crying out for a world class Cm or 2 the last few seasons not am but cm and a 20+ prem striker for me ,then we win everything!

Every 1 man and his dog called spot can see Chelsea have needed a new Frank Lampard/Essien type of central midfielder the last few seasons and yet(dont know how good Van.ginkel/Romeou will end up?)we still go out and buy positions that we are overstocked in.We need a world class midfielder now ,not in 2-3 years time when probly we will overstocked in that position with the young chelsea talent breaking through,come on Cfc backroom staff do your homework and get your head out of your ass.We will keep on struggling to really control games without this type of player and kick on a rule the world.

Mata's goals&assists should be noted by Jose , We should building our team around him !

Latest news is he is ok ,hope he comes back to Cfc fighting fit and ready to raise his game or he will be 6th choice of the magic 3 ! Looks like Willian is progressing nicely nicely . Jose needs these at their peak Hazard/Mata/Oscar/Scurrle/Willian/Be Bruyne at least we can rotate this season ,happy days.

Looks like this will be the last season for the bison , the injuries look to taken their toll . Probly Franks last also so i hope the Cfc board have got a world class cm as their priority come 2014!
