  1. Biggest difference between Eden and Cole is that Cole shoots on sight. Haz was a shy shooter which was the most frustrating part of his game. Would be interesting to compare their shooting stats.
  2. In a far inferior squad too. I know I dissed Cold's signing at first due to frustration of our general transfer business, but the lad has well and truly made me eat my words (called him a City reject in a dismissive manner). I'm a believer now. 🥶❄️ Also, he is proof that you don't necessarily have to be shit in an average team. In that sense it's hard to make excuses for all the other players. You can blame Poch however much you want, Calm Palmer is proof that if you got it, you perform no matter what.
  3. What happened? That video has been removed.
  4. Having a great game against Luxembourg holds no weight whatsoever. It's like having a great game against Estonia, a joke of an opponent.
  5. Crocus Hall attacks were planned and carried out by ISIS, but it was done with the approval and knowledge of Russian security services, NO doubt about it. Possibly even instigated by them. That would explain a lot of suspicious things around this case. They realized they can turn it into their advantage as evidenced by Putin immediately blaming Ukraine (even tho Ukraine would have exactly zero reasons to do this) and more than likely there are more restrictive laws and crackdowns inbound, like after every terror attack in Russia. Every single time the Kremlin regime got something positive out of them to tighten their power grip on the nation. And Russian gangsters, currently in power, have a history of killing their own with the 1999 apartment bombings, which successfully got the regime in power. However, I'm not so sure that Putin himself knows or is the one who gave the order, he may have just been briefed about it this way (remember, he is fed very selective information by other members of the regime, he doesn't trust anybody else, which gives those "others" a huge amount of power). It is a common misconception that Putin is omnipotent in Russia - he is not. "They" probably LOVE that everybody thinks it's all about Putin. Truth is he is a puppet in many ways like most leaders are, but he does have much more control and authority than your average western schmuck pulled by the strings for 4-8 years, otherwise he wouldn't have survived that long. Reason is that inside their mob circle they make each other very rich by stealing from the people, protecting each other and keeping it in the "family", and trust me - if Putin ever grew a conscience and tried to to get in the way of this system, he would be swiftly dealt with by the same people who helped him get to power.
  6. Yes, they can. Don't underestimate peoples' will to survive and fight for their right to exist. Russia has been beaten many times by smaller nations in the past thanks to sheer willpower. Only problem these days are nukes, which is probably why the west isn't giving weapons that could actually give Ukrainians a real chance of winning. They are only giving enough for Ukraine not to lose, but also not to win. Russia's nuke threats are very effective and Putin's probably realized clearer than ever that we are a bunch of cowards.
  7. Absolutely, no doubt about it. In Estonia we were taught from young age that you can't trust Russia, the wounds of USSR occupation still weren't healed and have been ripped open again since the 2008 Georgian invasion, then 2014 and especially 2022 Ukraine. My school in Estonia, Narva, was bombed in 1998 by Russian gangsters just because it was the only Estonian school, hence an Estonian symbol, in our otherwise Russian-speaking town. During that time Russia only had one leader, one regime, that has been planning everything since day one. They are a continuation to USSR's ambition for world dominance under dictatorship rule, just under a different name. Democracies on the other hand lack stability and ability to plan long-term, because everybody only cares about the 4 years they are in power, and they need to think about what the imbecile masses care about in order to get to power. That's why I fear that slowly but surely right-wing nutcases will take over western nations, they are more isolationist and that's what the masses want when feeling endangered in their personal lives.... Sure it's all fine and dandy to help others and be open and tolerant towards others when everybody is thriving and everything is going great, but once shit truly hits the fan, it's all for themselves.
  8. Sounds very similar to Estonia (or almost any western country for that matter). We have donated the most to Ukraine per GDP, consistently have one of the highest inflations in EU, cost of living and housing is through the roof, government constantly backtracks on its promises and raises/creates new taxes. I guarantee if this shit was happening in e.g. France or USA, the streets would be burning. And our PM has the nerve to accuse the people of making the economic situation worse because "we whine too much"... As if burning the streets down and striking all the time would do wonders to the economy. Instead we spread our asscheeks and take it, because that's how we are, the least we should be allowed to do is complain a little bit. 🖕 Anyway, just wanted to vent. 😄 Politicians are scum.
  9. I think it's just another sign of our medical dept's incompetency. They can't estimate correctly nor are they capable of treating correctly.
  10. We already are and will stay so for the foreseeable future sadly.
  11. Lol, keep Lukaku and his 15+ goals away from us. He cost Inter the CL and Belgium the WC by being in the way and wasteful. If he doesn't score (most games), he is not only useless, but absolutely detrimental.
  12. Are you being serious here? 😄 I still remember him walking around nonchalantly, not closing players down, just being slow overall in situations. He would probably be slightly better than Caicedo though.
  13. Actually those are the best types of games to judge players on for us. It's not like we're gonna play good any time soon, so a player standing out positively in otherwise shit team performances is a good sign for us. Any average player can stand out in a well-drilled team, Caicedo and Cucurella being prime examples. But it takes something special to impress in a team with no cohesion or play patterns, a la Hazard - that's where you want to splash hundreds of millies around.
  14. His most important attribute is being fit, he has a pretty much non-existent injury record. Finding a player who isn't made of glass is apparently very rare these days. In that sense I'm all for keeping him beyond this season.
  15. Another retarded brain rotten gen z-er with no skin. How are random people even able to message them? Isn't there an option in Instagram where you can choose who can message you? I'm pretty sure that's a basic privacy option everywhere, but those social media addicted spoilt cunts are probably too stupid to use it or they expect people to shower them only with praise. The dude messaging him wasn't even being overly disrespectful, just asked what's going on with him, which is what every Chelsea fans is wondering, yet his reaction was what you would expect from an offended 13 year old in a playground... which probably sums up our whole squad's mentality.
