Rory Delap's son on the bench for Man City tonight. I feel old now.

Couldn't play for a more different manager to the one his dad made his name under.

Stupid stupid saiss. What a troll sliding into the tackle when kdb was heading out of play. Imagine the meltdown when someone of our defenders is this stupid. Only Alonso is tho

Why does everybody else already look like a team and we look like a selection of players? A right injuries and signings. From how good pool and city have looked so far it will be a tough ask to challenge them for the title

Realistically the title is not on this year, in a perverse way I'm glad we're getting the reality check early as last two years a great start led to fans creating expectations above our station which meant a few couldn't look at the inevitable blip objectively.

Its potential threats to top four we've got to look out for and there's nothing so far to suggest any are a serious problem unless we implode. United could and should have lost 1-6 vs Palace, Arsenal got battered by West Ham and robbed them, Spurs have looked utterly hopeless on all but one half of their three games so far. If we look at the wildcards haven't watched Leicester play yet, Wolves will miss Jota/Docherty and Everton in my opinion have been made to look better than they are (due to Spurs being hopeless and WBA going down to 10).

Solid first half of Man City, Fernandinho should have played last season there, I never understood the paranoia of putting him on defense when all the problems went through Rodrigo.

Wolves have not yet had a chance to appear in the match.

Pool did not look very good. Against Leeds they scored all 4 goals after set pieces (2 pens) and against us they did not have a chance before red card.
