First I want to see if we get our transfer targets.

Then lets go for the jugular, can't wait, if we don't get a result and I mean an impressive result then that will fuck my year up:ph34r:

He was supposed to miss a couple of first games, that was reported shortly after the FA Cup final.

What is Chelsea's pre-season fixtures?

They had tentatively scheduled a game this Saturday with  Brighton and then the schedule came out and that got cancelled.

Need to build form and confidence early on. I rewatched analyses of games from early last season and we were all over teams, they just couldnt deal with our pressing. Brighton at the bridge a good example. 24 shots, 10 on target, just two goals. tammy missed 2 golden ones. With all these new signings it can be a massive advantage if they gel quickly and no ones knows how to play vs us yet like last season, where we waltzed teams early on and just couldnt take the chances. it can obviously also be a big disadvantage if they dont gel at all. But i will be positive as long as we see now Barkley, Alonso or Kepa in the starting lineup

If we are being realistic, neither Silva, Chilwell, or Pulisic will be available here. Azpilicueta will still be evaluated, although I'd start James here anyway given his crossing ability.

Havertz will likely come off the bench. Just hope we have a new GK sorted by then.

GK

James-- Rudiger--Zouma--Alonso

Kante---Kovacic

Mount

Ziyech---------------------Werner

Giroud

Azpi should be fine. Already back in full training judging by the training pics yesterday.

They scheduled the friendly before the fixture schedule came out. What are the odds?

Azpi over James and Olie over Tammy for me.

Silva is in training with Chelsea this week and Kai will have full week also with the squad so I can see them both starting.

Silva maybe. Kai, no chance.

He'll be back from the NT on Wednesday the 9th. Our game is 3 days later.

Doesn't he have to do a 14 day quarantine?
