Its either this or he is a coward.

Its funny how you defend him when he literaly shown chelsea the middle finger and left.

Sure it makes the perfect sense to go for bigger contract in your country. But you got to finish this job.

I wonder if we signed a player last year and he would want to leave after one year because someone would offer better contract and we had ban, so he would think of where he has a better project and decide to leave. Youd probably think of him the worst.

No I wouldn't mate I couldn't give a shit. If you don't wanna play for or manage Chelsea you can fuck off Costa being the prime example. Why does he have to finish the job ? he got what he perceived to be a better job in his home country. His goalkeeper defies him, the fans booed him, the English media think he's a bit of a cock and let's not kid ourselves despite the Europa League win and coming third the discontentment would have resurfaced if we got off to a bad start next season.

I'm not a Sarri fan but there is no agenda he wanted to go home to manage the biggest club in Italy. Anyway that's enough from me about Sarri he's yesterday's news as far as I'm concerned.

He gets offered a three year contract at Chelsea he takes it a year later he gets what he believes to be a better job so he moves on. I know your a conspiracy theorist mate that's why you've been banned from other Chelsea forums nothing sinister going on in a nutshell an Italian moves back home to an Italian club.

I wasnt banned from forums, I was banned after many years on shed-end cuz a sarri in person kept goating and goating members, and when he got the same service back I was banned. You have people there utterly Dissing the sarri out folks and nothing happens, you diss sarri and mods come down on you. Conspiracy? I dont like sarri and his footy at this level, is that a conspiracy now? I think EPL is rigged, im hardly the only one with that mind set. The funny part is the sarri in folks will do and say everything to defend him......its Chels first, anything else is second when your a fan.

I cant agree here. Yes when we played well, it was better. For example the final arsenal game or start of the season. It was great.

But thats about 10% of games.

The rest was dogshit boring side passing with no creativity, no shots, no plan B, same subs and tactics all over.

I never ever stopped watching Chelsea games before even if we were losing badly or played boring. But last season there were games where I actualy fell asleep or went doing something else. Why? Because neighbours dog could tell you we aint turning it around or scoring. And we actualy didnt.

It was only really the middle bit that was all LVG United esque, in between there was a fair few decent games.

If you were to argue it was the biggest let down in comparison to expectations then I could agree to that but when you say about all that sideways possession that alone puts it above those season's I mentioned where we could barely string two passes together.

Nope. Just found your comment ridiculous. And it is ridiculous. Is it really that difficult for you to be in someone else's shoes and try to see it from their perspective?

Imagine you were given a difficult job and had to achieve certain objectives. In your first year, you grinded it out and managed to achieve those objectives.  Now in your second year, you have that same difficult job except all of your tools have been taken away, and yet your employer is still asking you to achieve those same objectives. Bit silly no? When you signed a contract with this employer, no where did it state they would take your tools away and ask you to perform the same results.

Now imagine being 60. Not much left in your career, and another offer comes giving you more money and more opportunities than what you currently have.

Are you a chicken shit for taking the better opportunity?

Its matter of opinion and nothing else. How do you know the same objectives were forced on him? If we get Lamps you think the board will shoot him away considering how fucked we are? You are making all kind of excuses for him why he left. Fine he found a better job bla bla bla.......then supporters shouldnt say it was us fans that hounded him away etc. He found EPL too tough imo and with this ban and his utterly boring footy he jumped ship. I also believe he has been in contact with Juve for much longer than we think.

All of our correspondents have been saying Sarri wanted reassurances and the club refused to meet them. Add to the fact our board willingly let him, screams more truth to this.

Have you read the latest report on Lampard by the way? He apparently told Derby he'd leave to Chelsea if only the offer is right. Lampard is an intelligent man, and he more than anyone should understand the circus our board room is when it comes to managerial appointments. He is going to want reassurances, and if he gets none, I reckon he'll decline. We will then stand there opening day with our cocks in our hands.

If Lampard signs with us...it's almost the same...

Literally, your post fits almost perfectly with Lampard except the ban.

In fact...if Lampard signs, he's doing exactly what Sarri is doing. LOL.

But anyway, I'm glad the Sarri nightmare is over. Screaming since January that this guy is useless.

What reassurences did he want since we have a ban in place? The Club cant dictate what fans do and say regarding a manager. We can all agree its a cluster fuck we are in atm, a huge shake up needed, but this is the hand we are dealt with, he found an easier, less challenging venture and grabbed hold of it. Its not only its a better offer closer to home, its also he knew he was a dead man walking, and if we are going by what sarri says then this has been planned for some time now. Whatever he is gone now, we have bigger issues to content with.....but he was still never a Chels manager to begin with.

Maybe asking the club to not have ridiculous/unrealistic expectations for this upcoming season?

With this squad plus zero Eden, many would flinch at that. I doubt even this board would be foolish enough to demand this and that in these conditions. But it doesnt mean you cant be savy though, to play to your strenghts in these times, and I dont see Sarri do that. He would have gone along doing his typical tactics......and that we dont need when its tough enough already.

Which strengths were it? Mourinho's pragmatic football that had us finish 10th, or Conte's pragmatic football that had us finish 6th?

I find it funny that some keep mentioning Conte's second season and Jose's third season as a stick. Why dont you mention the title winning seasons under these managers?

Besides we all know Jose's third season was not only about footy, much more involved whatever they may be. And Conte....well it explains itself. Where as with Sarri it was pure blindness, pure stubbornness.....doing the same shit time after time expecting a miracle somehow, in the hardest League.

The 2015 title winning season where the league was the weakest it's ever been? Or the 2017 title winning season where we had no European competition to worry about and Pep just arrived in England?

Thats a horrible analogy.....I dare say the League is very weak atm. And Conte ripped it up......so much that every fucking team copied our way......give some credit will you........or you rather give it to this man for all his splendid work?Image

Conte ripped up a league where he had no Europe to contend with. And who exactly copied our way? Pochettino was playing 3 at the back well before Conte's arrival, along with other clubs like Watford and Hull. Hell, even Van Gaal was playing 3 at the back with United.

2014-2017 was one of the weakest times for English football, and it's reflected with the poor showing in the Champions league at the time.

Everyone copied us......you think the influx of managers and teams suddenly doing what we did came out of the blue? And its not the system....its how you utilize the system that got people's attention. Before that no one used 343 all game every game with great results.....we fucked the League hands down despite having poorer squad than pep, and pep's first season was also Conte's first season. Please just stop and give credit when its due instead of down-playing it. I swear some you folks love to shit all over our title winning managers just to defend sarri ( not you per say ).

on Sarri's Chels tombstone:

"Alonso I think at the moment in this position, left-back, he is maybe the best in Europe," said Chelsea's head coach.

"Physical qualities at top level, I think. He's doing very well in the offensive phase. I also think he can improve in the defensive phase. He could be the best left-back in the world."

I'm pretty sure Sarri will laugh all the way to the bank if Juventus proposes him to make an approach for Alonso.
