Stick with Sarri. All in with Sarri. Give him better fullbacks, couple of new players in midfield and attack.

This is essentially what Liverpool and City did anyway.

The club are not backing managers properly. They are fetching in shite and mediocre players but want top end results, it isn't going to happen.

Until they start buying top class players and stop buying fucking Zappacosta's Drinkwater's and Alonso's we will fucking go nowhere. Look at the transfer merry go round with strikers, we are now stuck with a stop gap because of shite recruiting and paying daft money for fucking Morata. We back away from deals because we won't pay the odd 5 million here and there, there are absolute fucking cowboys running the club. It's now stemming down the line to on the field happenings, Hazard is fucking off because he's been surrounded by utter shite and even CHO can't get a fucking kick because of a manager who has his favorite players.

Sarri wont go with plan B because he's scared, scared witless and this is why he is one dimensional and not right. He won't pick RLC, he wont drop Alonso for Emerson and he keeps persisting with Jorginho when he's completely run over game after game and his batteries are dead. We are fucking light years away from City and Liverpool, not even close anymore, why? Because we have spent the last 2-3 seasons buying shite players, not moving forward and destroying potential young lads game time because we'd sooner buy shite than actually allow them to flourish.

Nothing will change at this club anytime soon, the only way it will is by having a clear vision from this moment forward. Allowing CHO to play and flourish, weed out the shite and stop buying fucking shit squad players.

Anyone who keeps picking the managers and then sacking them is doing a horrible job.

Just not hire anybody since they are not able to think clearly as every appointment they make they don't stick with their choice.

'Some players have privately started to complain that everything is “too tactical” and that there is now an overload of instructions that they can’t keep up with. Others wonder whether this squad is actually tactically intelligent enough to really learn this'. (Miguel Delaney, Independent)

I think we need a new manager that doesn't do too much tactics so that our players can cope. Too much tactics is not good for the players, a new, preferably defensive manager is needed so that they can understand and move forward.

When Chelsea approached Guardiola to become their manager 3 years ago he told Abramovich he would need 10 new players to implement his style of football.

Maybe we could be finally ready to back the new manager and trust him with his style of football, before the players turn on him

Emerson is better than Alonso, CHO is better than Willian and Pedro, RLC is better than Barkley.....Yet game after game we see the same faces, the same subs etc etc

I've got no sympathy for Sarri at all, he's making himself unlikable due to stubbornness.

Are they though?

its worth a gamble but if they do get runs, and we still fail, would you blame sarri?

Stick with Sarri for the time being. Nothing good will come out of yet another sacking...

Is there a convincing argument as to why Sarri should stay based on what he's doing THIS season? Most, if not all, of the arguments I have seen are basically backing the manager for the sake of it.

Yes they are.

I'd give Sarri the plaudits for actually trying something different, something he hasn't done all season. He's getting pelters because he's one dimensional and not seeing the faults.

Sarri should have realised his "sarriball" wont work yet and adjusted to suit what he has at his disposal.  If that means Jorginho has to be dropped and/or Kante back in his best role so be it.  Sometimes go 2 uptop, sometimes drop Alonso.... play Cahill when Luiz or Rudiger have a poor game.  Heck, even go 442 and use Drinkwater.   JUST ROTATE AND ADJUST, FFS

His ignorance and stubbornness is going to cost him.  Conte for all the shit he got 2nd season, realised a change was needed against Arsenal, and during the game, he went 3 at the back and we won the league.  FWIW, I think he will see it out, (we'd have sacked him by now i imagine), get another window to bring in his players, if our board let him, but continue this and he will be out by xmas this year

He brought his mate Jorginho with him, shoved the best DM in world football to a position that's alien to accommodate his mate.

Whilst Kante has done OK we are losing out on his qualities for the sake of Jorginho. Right now Jorginho is offering nothing apart from stupid fucking stats on 5 million passes a game.

He came in asking and saying we needed players, got 1 i mean 1 fekin player and imo not many would get much more out this lot! If we go buy a ton of quality then fails you could say feck him but i highly doubt that will happen. So weve got a shepard with a herd of shitty goats half of which have foot and mouth!

emerson rlc and odoi have played a fair bit this season, im not sure fringe players would make us good enough to compete.

our spine is shitty

no lamps no terry no drogs no cech

terry use to wreck players after defeats, all i heard was they sat in silence.

imo its the players

this aiint a man u 2.0

I'm talking about starting, not cameo roles.

CHO has played 74 minutes of EPL football this year

608 total minutes of 'top flight' football BUT

only 213 minutes all year played versus Big Five league level comp (only 153 minutes if you remove the Community Shield)

no wonder he wants to leave

even with that tiny amount, he still would track out to 13-14 goals and around 19 to 20 assists over a full year's minutes (granted it is hard to accurately extrapolate with so few minutes)
