Basicaly the whole team has to be accomodated to him and still he will be invisible against teams that can press with high intensity (when he plays for Chelsea atleast). Thats one and only truth. But yeah he can be good player and useful player if you dont count that part above.

not what I meant. As many said, if we switch to 4-3-3 and have more athletic players beside him in the middle, he will feed the three forwards better than anyone in this team.

He has limitations and there are some games we shouldn't play him at all, but the system exposes him and the fact most players are in terrible form (as a consequence of the system, but also their own), it maximizes.

I don't think he jeopardizes a whole system, and with a better approach, the team can be more offensive, Hazard can run the show and Cesc can be what he does better: a guy with incredible view and execution. He's too smart to be used like he's been.

i think if we change are formation till 4-3-3 it might get the best outta of fabregas again i feel 4-2-3-1 doesn't suit fabergas

It doesn't suit anyone , the bonehead manager will still use it

To all who think Cesc would work here in Pirlo role...one is forgetting little thing that we dont play in Italy but England where football is quicker and more physical. Oh and we dont have anyone like Pogba and Vidal to play next to Cesc. Matic is not as dynamic as Vidal and Ramires is not as technicaly gifted as Pogba. Good luck to your defence.

And regarding 3 man defence. Its something for history books. Conte was playing Juve with 3CBs, year later Allegri changes to normal 2CBs plus 2FBs and look they reach CL final.

His best performance since West Ham on Boxing Day. That was 11 months ago.

Brilliant !

Let's see if he can put a stamp on a match like this against better opponents who will give him individual marker.

Brilliant game from him. Hope he keeps it up but I doubt he can do it with a man marker or a high press. Spurs would be a litmus test
