Competed with Mikel and Oscr today for worst/slowest passer. Also, at this level, any midfield should be able to finish that chance, especially that De Gea made it easier by coming out so early and leaving the goal mostly open.

Everyone out of position has recovered by the time he passes the ball. The pass after all those touches is basic and short as well. You can't break down any defence at that speed. It's a real problem.

Well when you start Mikel and Matic in the CM role we are less likely to score goals - not really surprising is it? Sometimes stats don't lie.

Exactly. he has the bad habit of dribbling the ball 10 yards towards a player to make a 1 yard pass instead of making a 11 yard pass.

At times it's great we have a midfielder who can carry the ball forward when there are no good passing options but too often he slows the game down too much. But then again the same can be said about alot of other players...

Imo he was one of the best players yesterday. I don't really blame him for that awful finnish, he is not a striker, but he should really improve in that area.

Thought he showed flashes of getting back to his best, perhaps because he had some help in midfield from Mikel. He seemed to grow as Ramires was introduced too, looking far more comfortable on the ball than he has done in a while. Still some ways to go but we need him to regain his form.

You MUST at least hit the target, if not to score, you are a professional footballer who earns a ton of money, for f8ck sake. It was perfect for him, had the time, on his stronger left foot...
