After thet he will be in the reserves....At least Chelsea are TRYING to improve their youth policy...And we are after this other player, 16 years old and considered to be the "new Robinho"...However we have been beaten by Man City because of their Brazilian contingent, and the secretly arranged to bring him over to England to look around....But were trying!
