One of my favourite Chelsea Legend's there was a quote from Sir Alex Ferguson about him saying that he could ''start a fight in an empty house''

Classic Wisey :champions:

Loved Wisey, a true Chelsea legend who would run through walls for us. Went to his testamonial in 2001 too altho it was a crap game lol. Always gave more than the 100% asking rate for the cause. Just a shame he went on to represent the scum of Leeds and Millwall..... Always be a ledge tho to us.

I have never seen him play. What type of MF was he?

Like a pitbull...The closest thing we have like him is either Brana or Essien. Wisey was in a league of his own. Did you ever hear of the Crazy Gang from Wimbledon??? This is where Wisey first came onto the scene. I think we were lucky to get Wisey on our team & when the Blues signed him it was the CFC record signing at the time. Checkout some of the Season reviews from the 1990's. You will see that Wisey was very instrumental player for the Blues.

150% inspirational ... a street fighter but with just a touch of class ,,, a perfect foil for Zola
