Is he coming to be back up to Torres? If so, and Torres is staying, where does that leave Lukaku next season as I think he's been better than both Ba and Torres so far. He's young, big powerful lump, creates mayhem in the opposition penalty box and one that I really, really hope doesn't fall by the wayside because of these two. Ba is decent enough, but leading up to the window the talk was of Falcao. Ba is nowhere near the calibre of that.

We certainly needed, badly needed another striker. Is there an option, a clause in these season long loans whereas the parent club can bring the player back in the window?

My dream would be a striking force of Falcao, Ba and Lukaku next year, and or striker problems would be solved. We would be a lot more variable and could even play with 2 strikers if needed.

He's much younger. Far less experience and I think his overall contribution has been better. He is still very raw but has been fantastic. Newcastle are seen as the bigger of the two teams yet West Brom are flying high. Due in no small part to Lukaku.

I realy feel this guy will be our legend in couple years if he wont have knee problems. He seems so nice guy and maybe he wont play as good as Drogba, but he has that great character as person.

Wish you all the best Ba at Cfc ;)

Ba scored 13 of Newcastle's 27 goals in the league and without him they would easily have been far worse.

West brom have been good this season, even without Lukaku - they did beat us without him. He doesn't start a lot of games because Shane Long has been doing well and they also have a good goalscorer like Odemwingie out wide.

Also, Ba this season has scored against Spurs, City, Arsenal and Everton. But Newcastle only won 1 of these games because they can't seem to get their shit together.

9 of Ba's 13 goals have come against: ManUtd (2), Arsenal (2), Tottenham (2), Everton (2), City (1).

Ba for stronger teams, Torres for the minnows.

Even against so called minnows, Torres still struggles when the defenders get physical with him.

Torres at Cobham today!!!!

I remember watching that episode. That was so funny and sad at the same time.

Hope Demba gets to start in the next game starts of his Chelsea career with Bang (see what I did there).

Cracking business.

Sturridge OUT, Ba IN & £4-5m Profit.

We have to give city £2m from the sturridge sales and BA agents want £2m and we have to pay him higher wages so dont be happy about the money!
