I am huge fan of this guy. His playing style is one that can be very influential in a team. I would say probably more than anyone on Chelsea (he's like a Mata that can play in the midfield). I don't mean now but once he develops more.

That said I don't think he can play in a 4-2-3-1 in the double pivot.
