Eden Hazard

Started by DavidEU,

That's it. Players move on. Unless it's about the money find it hard to hold a grudge against them. Just hope that he can end on a high rather then a wimper.

And that it goes better for him at Real then has Courtois.

I don't even think they use the Hazard money on a direct replacement. Pulisic will replace Eden, Willian/Pedro for the right side, and Sarri will use Barkley as an emergency LW backup like he did a couple of times this season.

Ohh please dont give us headache mate......the tought of this scenario is enough to make me go bunkers.

The appreciation, or the lack of it for Hazard on this thread just because fans are butthurt that he might leave (when he has all the right because the club did nothing to get back on top) is laughable. One might think this is Real Madrid fans page with their zero respect for the players.

If you want to be pissed, be pissed at our board. Hazard is the best player in the PL for years now and we are on decline for years now.

He did amazing stuff for this club, something every Chelsea fan should deeply appreciate and respect.

Eden' soul is intact.....Theres no doubt about that.

Chelsea goal of the year against Liverpool in carabao cup.

Watching live and nice to see how loved he is at our club.

Indeed! And he asked for a pen when they shouted “sign the contract”

I love Hazard so much, but that does not mean anything. I remember KDB saying after winning Bundesliga player of the season that he will stay at Wolfsburg and weeks later, he went to City.

Obviously not. It was a tongue-in-cheek moment.

He will never be loved at Real Madrid as much as he is loved here at Chelsea. We love Hazard and yesterday, the fans with their banners showed that, but at Madrid, he will be just another player.

Yeah but the white of Real Madrid is somehow very attractive to him...

Maybe the love from our fans will change his mind though. I also think that even with Hazard and Pogba, Real Madrid will still not be good enough to beat clubs like Liverpool, Barcelona or City. Pogba will not change that much, Hazard and Jovic would improve them a lot, but they still lack in midfield and in the defensive positions. Furthermore, this project will also take some time. Our project will take as much time as Real Madrids project. I just hope that he will tell if he stays or not after the EL cup final.

He will do a Felipe Coutinho. He will leave PL because he thinks he is too good for his PL side, only to find himself booed and smashed by Spanish press and fans as soon as the first bad results appear. He is crazy to leave Chelsea right now to join Madrid. Its the worst moment for him to join them.

If I was him I would run the contract with Chelsea and then sign for Barcelona for free. In Barcelona he will be a huge success, in Real Madrid he will be a flop.

At last this man talks sense apart from the last bit at the end about him signing for Barcelona. Don't want that bit to happen.

We might not have done a great job in building a quality side etc but I don't think that has been a reason (or a major reason) of why he wants to leave. The guy is just attracted to Real Madrid and wants to play for them.

Well deserved clean sweep of awards, he's been phenomenal and unplayable at times this season.

I actually feel his goal against West Ham a few weeks back was better (more technically pleasing) than the Liverpool one however.

I have to agree with this, I'm not sure if the pressures and demands at Real will suit him and gradually it'll wear him down over time. He won't experience the love and adulation in Madrid that he experiences here in my opinion.

His laid back attitude and demeanour, and simple, quiet private life will also be put to the test over there.

The grass isn't always greener, especially in football but that's his choice to make and if his heart is set on moving to Madrid then so be it.
