I guess he could be second after Cech, but he's still young, it's better that he plays to get even better, so a loan back to Genk would be a good deal for both clubs i guess. Genk keep theire star and some nice money, Chelsea got a huge prospect goalie under his wings. His style has been compared with that of Van der Sar a lot of times, but still he has to confirm his nice debut year at Genk last year..

The latest that i read today is that director Degraen went to London last week to talk about Courtois, it is believed that Cfc made a new offer. Genk wants at least €8M for theire goalie. Courtois is currently rejecting a new contract at Genk, the current one expires in 2014. Tuesday the player and the board will meet..
