While Milito is 33 with the right service you are guaranteed 20+ league goals a season. Cassano will only help that. Inter are still an old team this season but they have nabbed some younger players and while they might not beat Conte's Juve side they definitely will gain a top three spot. At the end of this season they will have a lot to do with the squad.

Completely agree. However I do see Milan in Europa next season.

@Solonapoli, great start mate especially away against Palermo! But the season is still young and your squad was weakened in the summer, do you think you can compete for a CL spot this year?

Everyone says that we have weakened .. but it is not true, we have acquired from the sale of Lavezzi, Pandev, Vargas and recalled from loan Insigne, and we have the full attack. In Serie A, Cavani is the best striker, and we have it .. In midfield we sold Gargano (Lost balls all the time) and we bought Behrami from Fiorentina and El Kaddouri from Brescia, and for defense we bought Gamberini, always from Fiorentina, last year was a special year for us, Campagnaro was too tired, 60 games in a year is too much to play for a football player, is now well again .. now we wait for Fiorentina at home, and they Jovetic. We must destroy them. Our objective is..............

I admit I did not follow Napoli's signings too closely, I just hope you don't miss Lavezzi too much; he looked like the guy who could change a game when you needed to. Anyways, good luck, hope you get that CL place.

Del Piero could join Sydney FC. He is an old codger now, but nonetheless he is still a legend.

What a coup that would be for the A-League. He'd be by far the best ever player to grace the league, and he'd probably score 30.

I was gutted that Christian Vieri never came back to Marconi Stallions, my local club. :(

Don't be fooled by his age, King Alex was Juve's best forward last season despite his very limited opportunities. Class is permanent.

Meh. That red card to Brkic spoiled the Udinese v Juventus match. Juve ended up winning 4-1. Elsewhere, big win for Roma against Inter at the San Siro and good start for Napoli too, beat Palermo last week and Fiorentina this week.

Don't even know if it really was a red card, looked like Giovonco ran in to his side on purpose. Brkic kind of pulled out of jumping on him.
