This game so far is a great argument that there should be a reduction in the number of teams in the premiership. Both teams here are garbage and they should not deserve in any way to get the 180m or whatever is at stake.

He's pretty poor. Like a worse jogging Mikel, if that's possible.

NO, just NO!

Give it a rest mate. He's a good player having a tough game against opposition who are set up for more intelligently than Watford are.

But yeah, let's judge him on 33 minutes of one game. Fuck me.

Spot on mate.

He isn't having a great first half. Those balloon's have more presence on the pitch than he does at the moment but like you said he is just having a tough time of it. I expect him to have a better second as thing's can only get better for him.

He's 18 years old playing at Wembley for the first time and he's not tearing around the pitch on a hot summer's day....and he's getting criticised for that. Fuck me.

:wank2:

so a 18 year old guy cant fight in a RELEGATION Final on a hot summer day? whats this for an argument? and in the winter, he wont be able to play, because its too cold?

chalobah is having a bad game. thats it. nothing serious, but no need to try and make it better than it is.

Except he has sprinted back when he's needed to.

My point was that there are far older players than Chalobah who have underestimated the toll that pitch can take on their stamina. Palace have done well to keep Watford's midfield quiet but they're still carving out chances (which Nat has been at the centre of most of the time).

He's not having his best game but let's not write him off just yet. Criticising his attitude is just a really.....it's not entirely accurate.

Crystal Palace are not garbage. I've watched them build this squad and they are a good side.

How come United always find these good young English players and make them into worldbeaters? Zaha could be in the future aswell..

Manchester United didnt find shit.

Zaha has been the worst kept secret for a while. They just swooped in early with the bid.

Part of the problem is that his teammates are naturally thick as well. They don't seem to see him when he is right next to them, and it's gotten him frustrated at least once.

United aren't the only one who find great talent, but United do believe in the until the very last moment. Evans has been mediocre for some time now yet they are keeping him, and his games are improving slowly, but are improving.

While United kept Welbeck and gave him lots of chances, what have we done to Sturridge? Kept him on bench, sent him on loan, kept him on bench while Torres starting week and week out despite awful performances, and in the end we sold him to Liverpool without giving him a proper few games in his position.

That's where the difference is.

Some of the comments here are just hilarious and are exactly the reason all our youngsters get written off before they are 20. Do people expect him to control the game and pull the strings in the biggest game of his life? He's 18 FFS!

He hasn't been that bad. Hasn't been his best, which I expected in such a big game given his age. He's been a bit passive at times in defense but his passing and work rate have been good.
