The guy who got the Charlton job when they bagged Dowie last season, Apart from Charlton fans, everyone else was asking "who"? No fucker knew Grant (apart from a couple of Pompey boys - who probably wanted to spit roast him).

Obviously the results in general are 100% better than Charlton's, but then again, they should be with the difference in calibre of player in every area. Still, The Charlton fans will curse their board for ever more for appointment that nobody...and I fear we (in general!) will be cursing Roman for ever more for making us a laughing stock with who we got.

In fact, come to think about it, I'd rather have Les Reid in charge
