Leicester vs Chelsea

An early game and one straight after an international break can always be tricky, so just getting the three points is all that matters.

A nice little gap between us and those below. I have a feeling Arsenal will drop more points.

Pretty happy overall, for most of the game made them look like a pub team, admittedly a lot of the blame for that is probably more on them than anything...

Still worried that we are not super cut throat (Noni world class clearance from Cole Palmer's shot due to him being situationally clueless and brain dead, never seen anything like that tbh) and a total liability in our own box (feel like every game we are liable to give pens+reds). But overall big progress from last years (where we did not even resemble a Chelsea side).

It's frustrating we did not score three or more against this Leicester side, especially when we did get the early goal.
The match was made difficult, not a thriller but difficult.

I mean Enzo is not in starting 11 this is his chance in absence of Lavia. He should come and say forget jet leg I'm ready to go.

Exactly what he did. 1g 5a last 3 games for Chelsea.

From sublime play to sometimes walking the ball for long periods....

Didn't love the lack of urgency at times and walking pace play but otherwise it's 3 points and a few disgruntled players got a game which always helps.

We need to have a greater killer instinct.

Happy where we are though and I'll take the progression.

I'm glad, because before his injury he was really good. But after he came back he has been woeful.

Still a lot to desire but improvement is good because it raises his value.
