Pizy 15,988 Posted Tuesday at 19:04 Share Posted Tuesday at 19:04 Only way back here for Lukaku is if we have a catastrophic season that results in Tuchel getting sacked and some new manager fancies him next season. Otherwise we’ll probably just end up cutting our losses next summer and selling him back to Inter for cheap. Like €35m or something.

Endless deal of loan where no one will buy him. 100 million down the drain. Lukaku is a proven commodity and at his best is much more valuable than Baka, and the demand for proven strikers is much higher. I do t see any reason why Lukaku couldn’t get back to his best at Inter. He will be much more demanded next summer. a two year loan wouldn’t have made much sense, that would have been ideal for Inter.

We should wreck his career and have him sit with the reserves for 4 years to make an example of what happens when you talk shit in public What good did that do with Malouda? No point in being bitter as a club. Take another loss on a striker and keep clear of Belgians on the whole.
Stats 6,779 Posted Tuesday at 19:36 Share Posted Tuesday at 19:36 Jonathan David would struggle in a lone formation imo. He plays with another targetman in France and it is easier for him to get in behind the defence. In the PL, playing up in his own, I have huge doubts. I think Osimhen is the real deal tbh but I don't think it is a realistic transfer.
Pizy 15,988 Posted Tuesday at 19:51 Share Posted Tuesday at 19:51 Sterling + Dembele or Sterling + Gnabry. Either combo would adequately replace Lukaku and make us a much more unpredictable, fluid, and technically gifted team.

Pizy 15,988 Posted Tuesday at 21:20 Share Posted Tuesday at 21:20 Arse moving rapidly on big targets. Targets that we’ve been linked with ourselves. And they’ve already signed a pretty expensive midfielder today. A club everyone has clowned for years for being useless and sluggish in the market. Now even they are moving rapidly whilst we’re Things Will Happen Soon FC. They’re not even in the CL, FFS! 2

Guess depends on the spill they give the players too. For once they've made signings and a few by the looks or planning to..

Duppy Conqueror 1,327 Posted Tuesday at 22:56 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:56 Havertz with Broja as alternate for the center of the front 3 works for me,if we get Sterling in. More goals in our front 3.more energy.more desire, integrity etc.. I’m fine with us rolling with that if we get stronger elsewhere..there are some CF’s out there that might be worth a gamble but there’s a free roll of the dice with Broja. Vegetable 284 Posted Tuesday at 23:33 Share Posted Tuesday at 23:33 (edited) So… Yet again, we are without a striker for, like, fourth season now? Maybe getting rid of Tammy wasn't such a good idea after all… Edited Tuesday at 23:33 by Vegetable
