Werner MOTM for me, worked his ass off and got an assist plus the pen

That was an ugly win, we will take it. Werner was excellent, him and Mount dragged us through.

A must win today. We need to go on a run to get into top 4 this season, its stillt possible considering how shaky the other teams are currently.

My XI:

Mendy; Azpi, Christensen, Rudiger; James, Kovacic, Jorginho, Mount, Alonso; Ziyech, Abraham

I think the core of the team will be retained (keeper, back 3, midfield pivot) besides Thiago Silva, so expect Christensen to play in there.

The other positions I think he could look to freshen up. So many options now he can go for in those wing back and attacking trio positions.

Tough game, Sheffield United look like they've just started to click a little bit now and even recently when they've lost they've kept games close which makes it even more vital we start finding a killer touch in front of goal.

Whose stupid idea was it to schedule this an evening kick off on a Sunday!?

Much as I’ve enjoyed these last couple of matches, I hope TT brings Pulisic and Ziyech back in. We need our most dangerous attackers on the pitch since we know we’ll have so much of the ball.

It really isn't with Pulisic. Has been pretty anonymous this season compared to the form he showed last season. CHO, in each of his last 3 games, has done more than Pulisic has all season.

Ziyech has also been pretty underwhelming this season but no one is talking about it.

Pulisic, Ziyech and CHO all have talent within them. Again it goes right down to the coaching. Unless these players are like Messi and Hazard who can create magic moments on their own and score, they won't do much if not coached well.

Lampard couldn't get these players to click. Now let's see what Tuchel can do with these players.
