A year later an even nicer highlights vid featuring Mando. He's beefed up a bit, still showing good physical and technical attributes, and on this evidence at least, has not lost his knack for good decision making. He's achieved a passing grade at every level he's played so far. Onward and upward.

Surely this depends on Giroud, Tammy and Håland?

My opinion is a loan to Germany would be best. If he does come back, then we would need to sell Giroud and Tammy for him to get any game time. I can see the logic of him as Håland's back up as he has similar qualities which mean's they would be more consistency in the squad when he needs a rest/has a game out.

Since it is clear that TT has no faith in Tammy I think it is safe to say that if Mando survives pre-season and wins a place in the squad he will automatically be ahead of Tammy. The only way you can be behind Tammy in TT's squad is to be OUT of TT's squad. My point being that transfer or no transfer, Tammy is not likely impact Mando's place in the squad. Either Mando is better than Tammy in TT's eyes or he has no chance of being here next season.

I think it depends more on Giroud. If he goes to Milan, then maybe Armando stays and is in the squad. He will get pre season by looks of it to show what he can do but still think he will get loaned either way.

I mean Gilmour’s going on loan to play every week to aid his development so you’d think of we can find a similar club/deal for Broja, then the club will do the same. More so considering this talk of Haaland or wanting a striker, I dont think Tammy’s exactly a guaranteed sale yet due to his price tag either so Tuchel may have to find a way to incorporate him more if he cannot get another CF in/cannot get rid of him/Giroud leaves.

True, but Tammy does have a decent enough scoring record to be a CF2. Obviously, he doesn't look like a great fit for TT's system, so maybe he goes anyway (I think if we get offered Watkins type money £35-£40m we take it.)

However, replacing Tammy with Broja is a bit of a brave move, especially if then Broja gets no minutes when he could get a loan out somewhere and play every week.

Decent vid.

Not the deadliest of all finishers from the full games I saw off him but his pace is insane and he presses like a madman. A bit like a more nimble Lukaku. Hopefully we rather start in the season with little Mando than bring back Rom or sign Kalajdzic.
