Should I just combine the Youth and Senior players' individual thread in one place? I noticed that there are a lot dead threads in here.

I don't know, maybe, let's see what other members think. I think you should delete majority of third page in current squad because those players don't play for Chelsea anymore

Can't wait until he suffers a dip in form and you say he's shit and all that.

If he was only a LB/LWB instead of a RB

This is the down side to having so much talent in the ranks, some will leave simply because there's no room.

Oh. Didn't realize archived threads are still visible to everyone.

If Tariq and Maatsen started as our fullbacks, they probably would be the shortest pair in team history

Maatsen is 1.68m

Tariq Lamptey is 1.63m

add in Kante at 1.68m

Billy Gilmour 1.68m

we did have Christian Atsu (1.65m)

and we also almost signed Bernard (now at Everton) who is 1.64m

and rumours were we were also looking at Lucas Torreira (1.66m)

and still are looking at Ryan Fraser (1.63m)

we would have been Super Frank and the 7+ Dwarves, lololol

He's 170cm? Well I guess height is not important for a full back. Also I think his contract expires in the summer.

no he is 1.63m

he just tied Ryan Fraser as the shortest current EPL player

Some fans are saying his height will stop him from making it as a defender for a top team. While it is a handicap i think he can overcome it with his pace and good movement. He also played without any signs of nerves which suggests he has a good temprement.

Maybe move him to the main players thread now he's made his league debut?

Have to be honest -never heard of him. Waiting to come on we said 'who the fuck is that ?'

Intelligent, gutsy and brilliant thru ball for Tammy

There is only so much football you can watch but these kids have really rewarded everyone who has been able to watch them in recent years. Tariq as much as any of 'em.
