Nah, I don't believe he would cost that much and Real Madrid have a history of selling good players for cheap. Higuain wants to leave because Mourinho isn't playing him enough and judging from that pic they've already accepted his decision to go and respect that.

His stats at Real Madrid are very good (91 goals and 31 assists in 160 league games) and he's only 24 years old. Would be an excellent replacement for Drogba if he's available for 20-25m but any more than that would be too expensive for us because a striker isn't the priority this year, unless Torres were to leave too which seems unlikely at the moment.

30 million for Higain... YOU WHAT!?. Can we please actually look for some cheap strikers, and i'm talking about forwards who don't have to be about 23 and don't have to play for big clubs or clubs owned by money grabbing wankers.

Also i want a striker who doesn't just have to rely on movement and finishing, which is a poacher. What we need and are better off with is a striker with a technical abillity, Drogba.

Personally i'm all up for keeping Torres and Sturridge and having them as our Strikers and rotate, Lukaku on loan and we can recall him if need be.

Torres is a poacher but he also has a good technical abillity, can dribble, pass, cross you name it. Getting a one dimensional forward such as a poacher is the type of stuff what has almost made a laughing stock of this club in Roman Times it has.

He is a poacher but in a different way to Torres. Higuian is very similar to Ruud Van Nistelrooy, in the sense that he is always there to put the ball in the back whereas Torres relies on through balls and pace to get one on one with the GK.

SO do you want a Van Nistelrooy clone? Remember he did score 150 goals for Yernited.

Higuian is the type of player that will always score against the lesser teams, he may not do well in the bigger games, but he he will win every other game for you. Drogba never seems bothered against the likes of Bolton, Blackburn, Everton, West Brom etc but Higuain is the type that wants to score a hattick against these guys.

Because he may not cost £35 Million and nobody ever won a Domestic Title when the lose or draw to the bottom half of the table. We have drawn or lost against against 'lesser' teams 10 times this season and those teams were: QPR, Liverpool, Wigan, Fulham, Aston Villa, Norwich, Swansea, Everton and West Brom.
