He was the first choice striker for a while but now Gonzalo is second choice behind Benzema. Gonzalo does score most of his goals off the substitite bench.

Benzema is the better player. Higuain seems to be too risky in that if he comes here, he will either be great or flop.

Higuain is the only Real Madrid player to have his shirt signed by all the players and staff which immediately launched speculations that he is definitely leaving this summer and that shirt is his final piece of memorabilia from his time at Real. Seems believable to me. Question is now where he'll be heading and for how much?
