if he keeps refusing to sign an new contract

sell his arse to Bayern

if that is the route it ends up, I hope he fucking has the career trajectory of Wayne Routledge

I think his brother aka his agent needs to be looked at more closely. The only info we have about him is that he poached another one of our youngsters to Bayern, why? It might not be as much CHO himself but rather his brother. Who is he anyway? What's his background?

Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi reason for older brother quitting Woking after one month

Bradley Hudson-Odoi has left Woking to concentrate in his football agency business - looking after eight players as well as his £35m rated brother

https://www.getsurrey.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/chelsea-star-callum-hudson-odoi-15884000

Bradley Hudson-Odoi says his decision to quit Woking after less than a month is to be “the best football agent I can be”.

The 30-year-old signed for Woking on January 26 and started in the 3-0 win against East Thurrock on February 9.

But after making what he felt was a “good contribution to the win” he was overlooked in the next match at home to Weston-super-Mare, appearing for just 10 minutes as a sub, just when he wanted to continue to prove his worth and his match fitness. He was then an unused sub against Hemel Hempstead.

“My heart was already half in, half out as I was already thinking of retiring from playing,” admitted the older brother of Chelsea star Callum. “I want to follow my passion and that’s Callum’s career. I have eight other players I need to look after and give more time to, too."

Hudson-Odoi admits he expected to start against Weston-super-Mare after helping Woking win against East Thurrock. “I was shocked to be honest,” he said.

“I was disappointed not to get the chance to follow up in the next game. Because I wanted to play to keep my match fitness going and because I thought I added something to the team. I was only going to get better, fitter and stronger.

“To be honest, if I can't start and play the next game after a 3-0 win, I’d rather just stop and concentrate on my future. I'm not a bad egg and I want to give Dowse [boss, Alan Dowson] the biggest respect. I’ve done what’s right for me and the club.”

Dowson added: "I could see Bradley wasn't quite right and asked him and he said he wants to concentrate on his brother's career. So we've let him go and wish him well."

Take the £45m I don't want a player at  the club who's put in a transfer request even hazard didn't put in transfer request when he wanted to go real cause he had respect for the club

Imagine we pay for his rehab and then he tease us for 6 months about a new contract while getting alot of playing time only to sign a pre-contract with Bayern in january. We should give him a couple of days to sort his future and then throw him away if he doesnt commit.

Yep, it needs to be settled this summer. In January he can already fuck us so no point risking it. Take it or leave it offer needs to be made.

Since Lampard was appointed, lots of media sources that are usually tied closely with Chelsea have said the likelihood of CHO signing a new contract is high. Then the Daily Mail run a story that Bayern are still interested and preparing a new bid (doesn't seem to even suggest that he wants out) and everybody freaks out. People just need to calm themselves down and allow things to pan out over the next couple of weeks.

Matic was sold against Conte's wishes.

But Matic wanted to leave.

True but he was the only one and on hindsight, it was definitely the right decision to sell him.

But with CHO? Probably not and how sure are people that he even wants to leave and won't sign a new contract? Would see how things play out over the coming weeks before jumping on him etc. It's easy to assume that he should just sign the new contract because Hazard has left and his playing time will increase but from his perspective, he would likely want to hear it from Lampard himself on his plans, how he's going to use him etc before committing. I mean given our poor track record of developing young players and tendency to change manager almost every year, can you really blame him if he's approaching this matter a bit cautiously? Would like to think that if some of you were in a similar situation, you would likely think carefully and want to be convinced before committing your future.

Guess it's human's nature to pay more attention to the things that conform to their fears (or something alone those lines ).

It's easy to play devil's advocate.

If shit does hit the fan, I'll be intrigued to hear your view.

If he's been playing the club, then fuck him?

Fair enough. His actions thus far have push a number of people to that train of thought.

Giving the benefit of the doubt isn't normally wise, especially where footballers are involved.
