The best thing is that even when winning 4-0, 5-0, you can still hear him shouting and instructing his players. Man, he is such a passionate and likeable person!

One thing I keep hearing from many people is that this system is difficult to play against. 

We are lucky we have a manager that is experience with this sytem as to oppose to say Pep trying to implement at a wince.

He is exceeding not my expectations, more than that, he's exceeding my dreams of how I imagined Chelsea would play at best case scenario this season. Reality is better than the dream. WHAT A MAN!

That's the mark of top coach imo. 

He didn't have to turn ALL our limited players into very good footballers but he's had the midas touch with not only Alonso, Pedro, Moses, but also Matic and Cahill. That's insane. Absolutely amazing coaching from Conte. 

Y'all didn't want to believe me when I was defending Conte early in the season. Evan had people calling for him to get the sack, like what?! Pep Guardiola even stated in his new book that Antonio Conte was the manager he was most wary of challenging him in the league. After these past 5 matches, I rest my case. Just give this man the world-class players he needs, remove the deadwood (Willian, Oscar, etc.) and watch the magic happen. 

Conte has these managers shook out here with his 3/4/3. Feels good when you got fans from all the rival clubs praising your team on the TL. That was a footbaling clinic on display.

Not only that but most manager that played against us lately keep saying how hard it is to play against this system. 

Gary Neville said it as well, it's a very hard system to play against. And you have a manager that is well comfortable with that, and that has been immense for us.

Exactly! Hearing his shouts is priceless. That's probably gonna turn into a trademark soon. And he doesn't only shout and instruct the players when the opponents have the ball. He gives the impression that he tells them what to do when we have it too. And even then, he doesn't only shout at the guy that's holding on the ball, but he instructs the others what to do, it's like he creates option for the man in possesion. He's exceptional and we are so lucky to have this guy here.

I love it we were winning 3:0 and still went for more, for control. No more park the bus.

He transformed every single player. Courtois is better, Cahill is better, Matic is miles better, Luiz is reliable, Azpi even further improved, Hazard going world class, Costa going world class, Kante same old brilliant self, Moses and Alonso perfect wingmen for Conte and even Pedro is fantastic.

If someone knows man management, its Conte. This formation is life. He literally removed every single liability with formation change. For example Luiz might be suspect alone, but now has two defenders next to him. Moses is not creative enough as winger, but perfect for wingback.

Then there is team as whole. That pressing is unbelievable. Opponents face three fullbacks when attacking and three wingers when defending. Every player can switch positions instantly without problem.

So, Pep looked at our squad and said we need 10 new players, didn't want it.

No doubt that Pep is a good manager, but he hasn't shaken the tag that he only wants to go to the "best" team (read: most money, best on paper) in the league and isn't up for a challenge.

Seems that we only needed 1 CB who can play with the ball, and 1 LWB.  Most importantly, 1 manager who can be flexible and get the most out of the players he's got and put them in to position to succeed with lots of hard work.
