I have absolutely no fears or doubts about Mark. He is one of those keepers who can afford this kind of mistakes. He has had such a wonderful career and spent so many years in the Premier League, being one of the very best goalkeepers in the history of the League.

It's nothing to do with that. I'm a goalkeeper, trust me. It's Mark thinking he's a brilliant player and should be playing in the number 10 role - he's trying to control the ball without looking. When it comes off, as a keeper you look like an absolute boss. When it doesn't... well... that happens! :lol: Been there and done that several times in the 12 years I've played!

The more often you look at it the clumsier it gets. Apart from the fact that most amateur players would have easily controlled that ball, he still could have easily thrown himself onto the ball or kicked it out after it touched the post. Hope he has quicker reactions in games that acutally matter. But shit happens. MarcAndre ter Stegen made a similar mistage in Germany vs USA match.

ter Stegens was worse I'd say haha, that was another great goalkeeping fail.

have you ever tried doing what De Gea did against Fulham lol?
