Yeah, cos hes always been played there, whereas his natural position before he joined Chelsea, was indeed a striker. If you want the best from Kalou, don't stick him on the wing.

kalou will never be good enough to be a first team player, only as a sub and he's not exactly getting younger. Wish we had sold him to arsenal, he makes Chelsea look inferior when we have to bring him on.. sturridge is a much bigger prospect in comparison he should get the game time kalou's been getting.

Firstly, his only 24. He still has time to improve as a player and with some work could become a regular starter for us in a few seasons time.

I don't think he has been in the best of form this season but why the hell does he make Chelsea look inferior when he comes on? When he has came on in previous seasons he has at times changed the game for us. With his pace we have looked more threatening going forward and more likely to score. His unfortunate as well he will start one game and know he may be dropped for the next which is never good for a striker. With some work and if he played on a more consistent bases he could improve dramatically.

Anyway why.... would you sell him to Arsenal? It's the worse team he could possibly go too.

Like said he's only 24.Time to improve.And with the transfer ban we need to hold onto as many players as we can injury and all that jazz.He aint been that great so far but it aint far into the season.He can be hit and miss yeh but he has some pretty good performances so hopfully he can go that way

Kez has it. At the moment, Kalou is a useful option even though he is not a top player. He's a frustrating player because sometimes he does seem really good things and other times he gets it all wrong. Reminds me of Jesper Grønkjær in that respect.

Keep him, but make sure we give Sturridge and Borini more playing time.

Kalou should never get a start again... He's been playing so poorly! I think we need to start Sturridge, Santo, and Borini before this kid... seriously! He's an okay impact sub, but when I see him coming on as a late substitute to get that one goal, my hope is not running too high.

If it weren't for the transfer embargo I would plead my case to ANYBODY that we need to sell Kalou... but seeing as how we're done in for transfers, I have no choice but to shut up about it.
