With Cuadrado in, and Ivanovic poor performances, I think Jose should try something bold and play Willian as a RB. I think he would do pretty decent.

I respect Willian a lot despite his limitations. He has assumed the responsibility of team's work horse and it is not an easy task. He's been asked to sacrifice himself for the team and he has responded, no bitching and moaning. Being entrusted this grueling role in Jose Mourinho's system is not something to spit at, he must be very well trusted by the man.

Willian has been a bit shackled playing on the right. He doesn't really have the option of coming inside on his stronger foot and facing the play; moving inside gives him the space and the option of going either way which makes him different threat.

I'm sure it might even improve his dribbling if he plays from the center. He can go either way instead of only to his right and he's strong enough to hold his ball under pressure compared to Oscar who passes it to no body everytime
