I take a small and ordered a small Techfit. If you go a few pages back I put pictures up of how it fit on me. They're very snug, a medium will fit you length wise and all the rest of it the same as the regular shirts. If you're just after the player issue shirt but don't want the tight fit, go a size bigger as I imagine it will still be very neat.
