Men this reminds me of Battle Star Galactica. Which was so crappy all season and then awesome the last two to three episodes.

There are several hints for that in the series, such as the moving big thing that is covered by a sheet in Qyburn's office. Also Ser Robert Strong never takes off his helmet, which might relate to Qyburn tkaing that Tyrion lookalike's head from the headhunters

Season 6 - speeding up his storyline any further would totally annihilate the sixth book. Apart from Hardhome, the only thing this season has disclosed are a few money spoilers, nothing too major. Speeding up Bran - who will fly - and his storyline means (I'm presuming) that Dany's would need speeding up dramatically also.

The Harpy/Drogon sequence at the end was excellent. Hardhome won't ever be beaten, however.
