HELL YEAH!!!! His young and an excellent motivator, he has a history with us, his tactics are impressive.

The only problem I have with him is his in-game tactics (he subusitutes players a little too late for my liking) and I havnt seen/noticed him countering the oppositions tactics that much as I would've liked too (AVB and Mou were better IMHO. ) If he can improve that (as i said earlier his young meaning room to improve and improvise his philosophy) and If he can integrate our youngsters from reserves into first team then I'm SOLD!!!

We desperately need stability in our club!! It's been due since end of Mou's era.

Instability won us the Champions League.

If you don't like Roman's methods, I hear Arsenal are rich in managerial stability, you should check them out.

Many other things played part in us winning the UCL, but 'Instability' certainly wasn't one.

Stop being so stupid!! How do you think we're gonna integrate our youth.

And Your understanding of football is less than arsenal's trophy in the last 7 years!! So shh!!

Patience, Pep is coming soon.

Not sure I want RDM out, but there is no denying that pep could help our players more. I mean before he got to barcelona, messi was eto level and now, he is supersaiyn level.

Pep coud do that to hazard for us :D

But I dnt want RDM out though, he deserves a chance after the champs league

If Pep is free and you know he will do better then RDM, the choice is obvious.Like having Honda Civic and u can afford Ferrari - obvious choice.

We have had more stability than Arsenal.

How many captains have they had since we appointed John Terry back in 2004?

We have had (and stil do have) a dedicated and ambitious owner and have for the last decade, do Arsenal fans know who their owner's are?

Stability does not begin and end in the manager dugout. Maybe it can be irritating constant manager changes, but lets be honest all of those sackings apart from Mourinho have turned out to be the right thing for this club.

How can you say RDM is a Civic compared to Pep who's meant to be a Ferrari?

This website sucks sometimes. Wow.

Everyone rating Pep so much over RDM. I think in the direct duel between the two of them, there was an comprehensive outcome, even though Pep had the far better initial situation with the far better team, RDM tactically outfoxed him completely.

As far as I remember we were defending with 11 men behind the ball, how is that outfoxing any1 ?The only reason we've won is some individual heroics from our players aka Drogba, Cech, Rami and co.

There is one thing I really don't like about Chelsea - lack of hope to put some faith into someone/something. We buy young players, yet we don't give them a chance. We have a chance to have our own Guardiola who actually loves the club and is a legend here, yet our fans want a foreigner who, yes had shitload of success while at Barca, but he also had pretty much the best players available to him. He also had Messi. Lots of times when things weren't going Messi was there to bag 2-3 goals and smoothen things up...well guess what, we don't have Messi but Torres and players who are yet to reach their potential...

Robbie ain't doing a bad job at all. Sure, there are decisions some fans wouldn't make, but this is his 1st real season with us. Look at the players he brought? Give him a chance to complete his team and then judge him. Have some faith in our own Ferrari :blue scalf:

The minority do. Most still believe in RDM even if there are things everyone is not to keen on. He has done so much for us already and still hasn't been here a year, and he is a chelsea legend.

This is exactly what i've been talking about in the real concerns thread.

You can post as much picture as you like with RDM holding the CL trophy.

It doesn't change the fact that he won it by relying on defensive and counter attacking football with old and experienced players.

Now he's required to do the exact opposite. Take a young team of inexperienced players and make them play open and attacking possession based football.

The comments about Pep are ridiculous. Yes Messi, Iniesta and Xavi were alreadygood players when Pep took over however they were nowhere as good as they are today. At the time that Pep took over they were good players that had loads of potential. Quite similar to what we have in our team now. He took over a good team and made it a worldclass team. He took over a team that had a good system and perfected it. Introducing high pressure and even better possesion football then they had played before.

"Look at the players he brought ?" Didn't he only have a hand in Moses his transfer ?

A ferrari ? I don't consider RDM a ferrari nor do i consider him a honda civic. For me RDM is a tank. Why a tank you say. Well because i suck at cars. I only know fast car brands and that doesn't fit the metaphor. So RDM's a tank and Pep's a ferrari.

Both have their strenghts and their weaknesses. The way we want to play the ferrari is better suited then the tank.

In case the metaphor wasn't clear. The tank represents RDM's style of defensive organisation and counter attacking football. The ferrari represents Pep's style of fluid possession based football.
