Retire number 11? Drogba was a great player for us but its not like he was here for over 15 years.

Even if he had been here for 15 years, that still isn't a good enough reason (Raúl.. Real's famous number 7, had been at the club for 20+ years). The only reason JT's shirt will be retired is because it's well outside the 1-11 numbers.

Why get so annoyed? Yes, Drogba is and always will be a legend that wore the number 11 shirt, but to get annoyed over a number on a players shirt?
