I think so. But I think he has played games with minor injuries before.

Watching Lilles, I was often annoyed by the fact he was playing every game, nearly every minutes while on some occasions it was obvious he was bothered by some problems and was limping a bit by moments.

In injury time he made a run from mifield and reached the goalline, crossed the ball defender blocked it. Ball goes out for a corner and Hazard grabs his hamstring.
