I see it the same. In pl without the second chance for the ref the blame is shifted to the invisible video ref who never has to justify himself or show his face when the ref on the field would look like a total prick if he would let a wrong decision stand after reviewing. The fA is not having that, corrupting refs would be made much harder this way
