I would'nt go that far, he did ok in his first couple of season it was just Lamps, Robben, Terry, Gallas, Crespo J.Cole and Duff were all chipping in with their fair share of goals aswell, in 06/07 only Lamps out of that group were still scoring J.Cole got injured all season, Duff, Crespo and Gallas left and Robben and Terry's goals dried up which meant Drogs has more responsibility which he took superbly.

In his 2 first seasons he was anything but superb. Even Mourinho said he expected him to score more goals.

For me it was a huge surprise that he scored many goals when Shevchenko arrived. When can say that was his first season here as a world class player.
