It's a bit weird. He has all the required abilities, but his timing when it comes to heading the ball is very poor. He either jumps too early and is unable to put much power into the header or he's too late and can't direct the header properly.

Exactly, he jumps early or heads it off target. Hopes he sorts it out before coming back to chelsea.
