Now he's playing week in week out top matches. Courtois has won Europe League, Supercup, and the title in Belgium. Also seen as third greatest talent under 21. And you would get him back to be our keeper in Capital One games??

=> "Chelsea wants to use Courtois in an exchange operation to sign Falcao. Radamel's pricetag of €50 million is a little bit too much. But since Courtois is said to be happy in Madrid, Abramovitch would like to use him is this swap. Courtois is supposed to have a market value of €13 million. This could lower the price of Falcao sensitively."

First I thought 'utter bullsh*t' => no reliable sources AND Falcao has just announced he wants to stay at Athletico until the end of the season.

BUT the fact that one of the main newspapers took over this story got me doubting.

Truly hope this is a nonsense story. Although it would be great to see Falcao in a blue shirt... it would be absolutely stupid to release Europe's most talented goalkeeper!!

If an exchange is on the table... why don't they just accept Nando for around €30 million. In any case NOT COURTOIS!!

So far only rumours, no facts yet. I do hope they don't do it, but you never know. Of course they've talked about it, see how much they could lower Falcao's price, the fact that they asked about it doesn't mean they'll do it. They're just looking at all their options. I do hope they don't do it.

On a (funny) sidenote: Falcao is called 'el Tigre', the Tiger, at Atletico Madrid. Courtois? The Turtle. "His neck is just so long!", Falcao says.

Cech's contract runs unti 2016 so we're going to have a real problem at some point. Would be absurd to sell one of the most promising young keepers around to Barca, but at some point he's going to want a bit of certainty with his career.

Here is something I want to share with you guys because I'm sure some of you haven't heard about it OR didn't see the actual images:

So in the season 2010-2011 KRC Genk became the champions of belgium.

As some of you guys might know... two chelsea boys (although on loan) played a HUGE part in this title.

I found a perfect video that shows the impact of both this players on how to get the silverware in!!!

KDB was simply brilliant with his assists, tricks and amazing goals (watch a compilation of this from 1.22min in this clip)

Maybe even more important was the part that Courtois played in that leagues title. You have to keep in mind VERY well that Thibaut at that time was only 18 years old and he was having his debut season in Genks first team! He saves were effortly one of the main reason the team got champions (watch a compilation of his saves from 3.10min in this clip)

Maybe an even cooler video is to literally watch the final minutes of the last game against Standard de Liege. Both teams could become champions that day! Standard needed a win...while Genk only needed a draw. This next video shows you the final 2 minutes of the game... After a 0-1 goal for standard just before the break... Genk brought back hope by equalizing in the 80th minute. The crowd and team were a few minutes away from a title (a big deal for a smaller team like Genk!) and then look at what Thibaut Courtois does for his team.... simply amazing!! Yet to know this guy was 18-19 years old at this moment... The way he deals with the pressure is mind blowing. Also the first save is simply one of the best saves ever I have ever seen live on TV! Especially in that kind of moment!

Courtois will never play for Chelsea I think. He is not going to wait another 4 years before cech leaves chelsea. If he isn't first keeper here in 2 years time , he will go to another club.

Its either losing Cech soon or losing Courtois , Another 3-4 years Cech and then courtois to succeed him will never happen.

If I was Chelsea I would lend out Courtois another year next season (Atletico will play CL) , and after next season Chelsea should sell Cech and make Courtois first keeper in season 2014-2015.

Barcelona , Real would love to buy him , so Chelsea shouldn't wait too long to make him first keeper , otherwise you'll never see him ever play for chelsea
