  1. Well done -does that mean you're a top blagger ?
  2. I assume you meant the sacking of JM , rather than sucking him off....
  3. That ''Get the Away Fans Out of the Shed Campaign'' seems quite a good idea in hindsight. Away teams are making a habit now of scoring at that end in front of their mob. Away fans should be banned altogether, or we should at least be allowed to infiltrate and kick the fuck out of them like the old days.
  4. Good shout about players not pulling their weight. Ballack, Deco, nor Lampard should be exempt from being dropped to fight their way back in. Lampards corners -god knows why hes still taking them -are abysmal. The broader picture has stars doing the pretty football for what they're famous, but with no cohesive end product. We're seeing the winding down now of the Mourinho era, with very little sign of a new way forward...
  5. For all the ranting, tactics, and advice us fans might have...it chages nothing, hence the Frustration. Agree with Tri Blue about Deco -he's Phils boy, and had two excellent inaugral games, and one since. Gives the ball away 50% of the time. My tuppence for what it's worth; Deco should be dropped -Drogba and Anelka need to start together. Joe Cole as sub -he can change a game when he comes on. Make more use of the wings -all the way to the byline -its so predictable that Ashley Cole and Boswinga will cut inside/back every time. Get behind the defence. Offer West Ham money to get Clarke back....
  6. Hes worked with Chelsea for awhile -on that Sky thing where they searched for a star Chelsea player from yoofs. X Chelsea Factor type thingy....
  7. Ballack is such a tightarse, £90 000 a week and still wearing an old pair of jeans with holes in them.
  8. Would be tempted to watch them with Flo given the chance. One of the all time greats -the two against Barca in the CL is enough.....
  9. Nah mate its a long 'Joooooolianooo'....in the Belletti song, and 'Shooooot' because of his screaming goals .
  10. Have to be my 'second' team atm. Dean Lewington star player - Ray Lewingtons son. Tore Andre Flo up front. Di Matteo Manager of the Month. Full of Chelsea leg ends ... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ons/7765111.stm
  11. Had two designer dressed sunglassed Italians ask me ''is this the ground ?'' outside the Shed. Told them its a about a mile down the road
  12. Theres definitely a split with the fans. To me hes a Chelsea legend, and a responsible for a lot of the silverware. I dont care if he dyes his hair pink and throws tissy fits -surely winning the game is the important thing, rather than a load of media driven persecution ?
  13. Agree, no point in forcing him to stay. Its being reported in a lot of media sources now....
  14. Whats the most ridiculous thing you've overheard from tourist fans at SB ? Apart from the above I've heard, ''I like that Alan Crespo, hes a goal poacher'', ''Why are people standing up ?'' and ''Arsenal got rid of Drogba because he wanted too much money, so we swopped Gallas for him''.
  15. Juande Ramos emerged from the stinking cesspit of White Hart Lane, smelling of roses yesterday "Check theees out - theees is me in my big fucking Real Madrid office. Not bad eh?" he is seen saying on Facebook. ''You stinking Tottenhaam bastardos'', said the ex-Spurs boss in email to White Hart Lane, ''Hahaha I taker your cash, and leave you in sheet position, HAHAHa, fuck you '' Tottenham Hotspur Press Office declined to comment, but said they were just grateful to Harry Redknapp.
  16. Competent in every department and has slipped into the role as if hes played for Chelsea for years...
  17. Friday 19/12/2008 Nyon , 12:00 CET. Well who do we want ? Panathinikos Barcelona Lyon/ Bayern Juventus possibly Arse or Porto ? I would like Ten Crates bunch of rioters, or a trip maybe to lyon, but we'll probably go out to Barca
  18. Could finish second -and end up playing Barca again, ........or Mourinhos Inter. Big must win game tonight......
  19. Some celery, yesterday. Chelsea have banned celery from Stamford Bridge and ordered fans to stop throwing it during matches after the Football Association launched an investigation into instances of salad tossing at their recent matches. Two referees have now mentioned celery being thrown onto the pitch during their official reports of Chelsea matches, while Arsenal's players complained of being pelted with the vegetable when they tried to take corners during the first half of the Carling Cup final. Blues fans have been bringing the vegetable to games for over two decades in homage to their terrace chant 'Celery', but the club reminded them today that throwing the vegetable was, in fact a criminal offence. "The throwing of anything at a football match, including celery, is a criminal offence for which you can be arrested and end up with a criminal record," read a statement on the club website. "In future, if anyone is found attempting to bring celery into Stamford Bridge they could be refused entry and anyone caught throwing celery will face a ban." The statement went on to direct fans to a hotline they could call to report others seen carrying celery, promising that "all calls will be treated in confidence". March 2007 Celery Hotline FFS ?? Grass up your fellow fans ??- This was a cultural tradition at Chelsea for two decades and needs to be reinstated....
  20. Clarke has been underestimated imo. Worked under Gullitt and Mourinho, a future top manager in waiting for someone. Who is putting our players through an intense training programme now ? Cant imagine Wilkins or Scolari for that matter.
  21. Romans spending tens of millions on his new gash, and giving her plenty of transfer input. ok I'm a bit jealous.....
  22. "Talking to me about Steve Clarke is like talking to me about my father. He's such an important person for me which is why I said since the day I took the job that I wanted him with me."I knew him as a player. He's a very intelligent person, a person you can rely on even in the most difficult moments. "He knows a lot about the Premier League and the way he organises the training sessions are unbelievable. I have to give him a lot of credit because a lot of the work that has gone on is because of his fantastic training and fitness sessions. "I am a little bit worried about losing him but my worries are completely overcome by the pleasure of seeing him going his way and having the success he deserves. I know one day he'll go into management and I'll be very sad, but I am going to be happy knowing he can do a great job." The training regime under Clarke and fitness coach Antonio Pintus has ensured that even luckless Kieron Dyer is fit! Only long-term casualty Dean Ashton is on the sick list. Zola added: "The players are working well and the physios are doing a good job. When you are fit and well trained, it's very difficult for you to get injured.'' Daily Mirror They havent conceded in 3 games, and our players have been huffing and puffing a bit after 60 mins, and the defence has looked shaky .......
  23. It has now been revealed that Chelsea intend to be self-funding on an annual basis from next July and no longer reliant on interest-free loans from their billionaire owner. The Russian oligarch has ploughed almost £600 million into the club since June 2003, but despite the bleak global economic environment, chief executive Peter Kenyon believes they can cut costs and raise revenues enough so that there is no new funding requirement from Abramovich after the current financial year. Chelsea would then hope to break even in terms of their operating figure by 2010-11. Telegraph. Other media sources cite there is no cash available for January -but how reliable remains to be seen....
