  1. Hes the sort of bloke that wouldnt worry about that though. Cant understand this obsession with his private life -s'pose its this celebrity, gossip, x factor society now. End of the day its what he does on the pitch for Chelsea fans, and this journo is just highlighting what a top bloke he is. Makes a change. Osgood, Greaves the same -always time for theh fans. Terry gave a lift to a mate of a mate in Fulham road to some fans in his Bentley on the way to the match 2 seasons ago. cant imagine many players doing that. Hes always the first to muster the team together at the end of the game to go over and applaud the travelling fans, dont care what he does with his knob.
  2. Yup he did that -always had a wave and banter with the faithful travelling 5-6000, and was not averse to going up for corners at the other end, not only in the 88th minute when a goal down, but at random times...

  4. I find it funny millions of people feel vindicated in passing moral judgement. I dont know one young bloke that hasnt shagged around. The media have the perfect ingredients for their salacious cake to be dribbled over - miilionaires ,England captain, sex. Funny, dont remember the same hysteria when Charles was shagging old horse face behind Lady Dianas back, must have been some kind of injunction upheld I guess.
  5. Has to be Ferriera, nailed on Chelsea scored more goals in a 4 game span since the mid sixties when he was there earlier this season
  6. God theres a lot of doom and gloom merchants about. Sometimes I wish we were playing Carlisle again at bottom of Div 2 with proper fans Those sportsmail predictions have none of the top 3 losing a game between now and the end of the season, ...yeah right.
  7. True. Everton were better on the night, and Saha had Terry in his pocket -got his mind on Dubai I suppose. At least he'll be fresh when hes back. The next few league games look ok -as long as there are a few points between us and Man Utd for the game at the Theatre of Debt....
  8. Burgle his house ? Macedonians ? Dont they mean scousers....
  9. Need at least a point -never easy there. Theres a strong chance Man Utd could come unstuck at the veeelaa
  10. Probably not Steve. Best to get it from Amazon or Play.com
  11. New DVD which I seriously recommend for any 'older' Chels fans or younger ones that want to know the history. The Big Match was a TV highlights programme in the 70s and 80s. This DVD is the best Chelsea one yet. It has 14 games , the first from 69-70 season . Some brilliant shots of the old Stamford Bridge, and the first game on the DVD is against Arsenal. It is a bit like the game three days ago, catching Arsenal on the break and winning 3-0. The next game against West ham - Chelsea 2 v West Ham 1. West Ham have Bobby Moore, and Jimmy Greaves playing (forgot he played for them). Frank Lampard scores a cracking goal for them (fatboys dad). The next game is away to Coventry 72-73 season. Chelsea playing in red, and Bill Garners first goal for the club. Next up Nov 1973 away to Man Utd bearded Baldwin after 2 minutes silenced Old Trafford with Osgood making it 0-2. Man Utd then get 2 in the last two minutes. Must have had 'fergie time' even back then. George Best is playing. Then there is a cracking 3-3 draw with Stoke from 74-75. Osgood hatrick August 23 1975 dark days. the new stand at the Bridge is two thirds empty in this 2nd div game against Carlisle. A new Chelsea captain emerges though who has been at Chelsea since age 10. Its 18 year old Ray Wilkins -with a full barnet- being interviewed in the studio with Brian Clough. Thats as far as I've watched so far but its a must for any Chels fan......
  12. Could be wound up today in the high court, along with Cardiff. Southend and West ham are running close ...with Man Utd massive debt burden making them a soon to be candidate. Zola hasnt hid his disdain of the two porn merchant multi millionaires who have asked everyone for a 10% pay cut, so they can make more profit. It really is time ALL fans got together to stop rich cunts coming in who only see clubs as a way to make more money.
  13. Wenger now saying he was misquoted by the media. To be fair he was taken out of context, but he was still having a dig. Most gooners seem to have lost faith in him now. I wouldnt write them off quite just yet, they have quite a good run in now, and all it takes is for the 'two horse race' to stumble.... that said- this year its Chelseas league title
  14. Probably doesnt think shes worth it. Anyway that explains why Chiles is scathing towards Chelsea, cant stand the thought of his beloved Christine going down on fatboy
  15. Lol he does indeed. Must be an old quote as he left that Jane Garvey about a year ago -rumour had it he was with that Christine -co-presenter of the One Show. But as it happens she is Lampards new girlfriend. Sure he could do better. Anyway Chiles , a baggy fan, is a cunt of the highest order along with other 'commentators' when it comes to having a dig at Chelsea. They're supposed to be unbiased for fucks sake.
  16. Just watched the game highlights again on MOTD. All they could talk about was Arsenals inept finishing, their title chances evaporating, how they need a striker etc, and how they were shut out of the game. No mention of Drogba, or what a fantastic Chelsea performance, just a little bit about Terry and how he gives 100% 'on' the pitch. I noticed Adrian Chiles was careful not slag Terry off as Chiles himself ditched his wife and kids recently. They then went on to Praise Man Utd and how they will probably win the title. Ok this thread is to put any anti Chelsea media coverage down. There seems to be a lot , so we might need another thread.....
  17. Appalling decision. It shows 1) The power of the gutter press, and 2) that Capello is weak I am thinking though, that Terry and Capello agreed this would be the best course of action, as the press are like a Rottweiler and wouldnt let go. Now they have what they want, Terry isnt captain any more and Rupert Murdochs Australian media empire once more undermines Englands World cup campaign as they do every four years. At the end of the day though what does the captain have to do ? He has to be able to tell the difference between heads and tails, be a bit shouty , and hold a trophy up if they win one. Fuck it, give it to the drug cheat
  18. Toss up between Drogba and Cech-if Drogbas free kick had gone in.... but Cech by a whisper as hes back to his best...
  19. GERRARD HAILS PROGRESS AS HOUSE BURNS TO GROUND STEVEN Gerrard feels his living situation is heading in the right direction after his house finally stopped burning to the ground. Splendid Gerrard said: "I think I've definitely turned a corner in having my house on fire and we can move forward from here. We can win the Europa Car Hire Cup or something "If you look at the amount flames reducing everything I own to charcoal now and compare it to this time last week, you can see the improvement. "On top of that, it's been three months since the kitchen last sunk into a pothole and a good couple of years since the basement was haunted by the vengeful spirit of a murdered gypsy so these are all positive signs." Gerrard was speaking after Rafa had told him about their match yesterday where they had beat Barcelona 8-0 at the Nou Camp, though it could have been some fucked up dream. If you look at this chart the gaffer drew up to explain this kind of thing. There's also a picture of a picture of a talking rocket on it for some reason with some Spanish sausage." He feels Liverpool can still achieve Benitez's promise of a top four spot by May but admitted he was not entirely sure which 'top four' the manager was referring to at the time. Gerrard said: "If he means the Ukranian folk album chart then yes, we must be in with a decent shout. "But if he means the Premiership then possibly not. Have you seen Chelsea recently? Every time the ball flies off the foot of one of their players it ends up really quite near to another one of their players. "The gaffer says they're all witches and the ball is their cat." The blaze had been ravaging the Liverpool skipper's home for several days as he tried to remember the right number for 999. Eventually, he had to call the police and ask them for help.
  20. Cant see gooners getting anything at the Bridge. Too mean to even buy a cup of tea. Chels will raise the game. Drogba to devastate.
  21. Very impressed with him so far -yet to score -but you cant argue with Hiddinks suggestion to sign him...
  22. First of all on the negative he does get a lot of flak from fans shouting abuse around me -and I have been critical. He is supposedly a naturally attack minded midfielder who plays the holding role. his passes are always sideways or backwards which is fair enough for that position. But if his natural role is an attacking midfielder then you'd think he'd have a bit of urgency going forward now and again and he'd get at least one shot on target. he rarely tracks back once hes lost the ball, or if he does he'll foul the player. On the positive, taking over from Makalele was never going to be a walk in the park -he does a dirty job protecting the defence which is why he is sometimes seen as a dirty player. He rarely gets bundled off the ball, and does an adequate job when required. Lets not forget he was signed by Mourinho, and was 2nd Best Player in the World in 2005 behind Messi. If he'd gone to Yernited he'd have been the first African player to have flourished under Ferguson -there has never been one African successful under red nose. The other thing in his favour is his age -.........but someone needs to teach him how to shoot at the training ground.....
  23. Blimey i thought I was the only Mikel critic. He has physical presence, can hold the ball up but lacks any creativity. I think Deco is alright in that holding role atm, but someone needs to tell him to not try the long ball up the left or right which invariably is cut out. I think we will raise our game at the weekend just as Hull did last night, and will beat the goons. Our season looks tricky in the last part but hopefully will be clear by then.
  24. Yeah not sure kalou or Sturridge are capable of taking over regular striker role and the board (when Drogba and Anelka slow up) will buy big. Kalou is infuriating sometimes, can be creative but just seems thick on occasions. Ballack just seems to be wiling away his last year(s), though hes come close to scoring in half a dozen games, and that can change fans perception. (as Lampard senior once said to Fatboy , ''if you're having a shit game make sure you have a shot at the end and the fans tend to forget'') Deco gives the ball away too easily. Malouda I reckon is doing the business at the moment. - seems to have improved greatly, so with Zhirkov and A Cole and Joe cole able to play on the left it seems well covered now . Difficult to say which is the best combination though. All said and done still top of the league, so mustnt grumble
  25. They'd love that ''Chelsea blogger wets herself about john Terry situation'' I hope you asked them why they're obsessed about sex , with Page 3 tits on their rag every day ? And why the Australian owned media giant tries to undermine every England World Cup squad ??
