Petr has made mistakes for Arsenal this season, but he is still undoubtedly and objectively better than Thibaut. Not sure anyone can argue otherwise. We didn't choose Thibaut over Petr based on skill, we chose based on a ten-year age difference and a hope that Thibuat will become better than Petr in the near future.

Like Hazard, if we even contemplate letting Matic leave, it is a mistake. I think both will be crucial players next season.

Yes Hazard has had a terrible season, but you're acting like Hazard on top form would have made a difference. Many different individuals have been benched after bad performances this season or not been playing due to injury(Ivanovic) but the results have always remained the same.
