Not at all. The "accommodations" we would need to make for him are what the team needs, with or without him. We need attacking fullbacks, we need another midfielder who is good on the ball, which are things you need to help Fabregas to succeed. Also, many fans have been crying out for Chelsea to play a more possession based game, which would help Fabregas as well as Hazard, Pedro, and Willian. Fabregas' is key to this team as he does things that no other player on the team can. It's vital that the manager makes some accommodations if he wants to change the way our season is going.6 points

we've said way too many times that the current system (and others' lack of form) is the problem more than his own form. People just want to get rid of him because some of them barely ever got over his gunner past. He has his limitations, but when a team offers him a chance to work on his strengths, he can still make a difference.6 points

Ancelotti's title winning season, we played better team football than Mourinho in 2014. We actually had an attacking system and we scored 103 goals that season! (I understand that you are a fan of Mourinho and you don't want to see him leave, but come on, that 2009/2010 team under Ancelotti was fun to watch)5 points

i think if we change are formation till 4-3-3 it might get the best outta of fabregas again i feel 4-2-3-1 doesn't suit fabergas2 points

Yep. Spain hide his deficiencies and maximize his strengths. The intense pressing, high line, off the ball runners & possession oriented play just doesn't exist at our club .2 points

Thank God he's back. Begovic is bang average. Courtois can bail us out like De Gea has at United.2 points

so basically mourinho is the problem, sadly Its sad to see for player like fabregas will likely to struggling more with this current system which mourinho build. Meanwhile, when the team play to his strength, he likely to have better performance far more consistently.1 point

I absolutely love Mourinho, but it is becoming increasingly hard to justify the board's decision to stand by him. The team has failed to make major improvements since he got here. Yes, we did win the title last season, and we came close his first season back, but still, he has not corrected the most prominent issues Chelsea had when he got here. We still need a striker(s), we are still looking for the team to play more attacking and possession orientated football, we still need at least another quality central midfielder, and we are still looking for academy players to breakthrough(Loftus-Chee1 point

10months?????? only this season. He played ok and full of confidence from Jan to end of season which included suspension and injuries. Would have that Costa back now over this one or Torres1 point

He was rather poor, slows down too many attacks. Regaining form but still hesitant to take people on. KDB equally poor for his standards, even though he gets a goal and assist. Carrasco was brilliant, continuing his Atleti form.1 point

his touch wasnt the issue today, he only made 1 bad touch today, compared to Alcacer who made 6 bad touches, it was Costa's decision making that is letting him down, he is over-thinking in front of goal, clearly lacking in confidence right now.1 point
-
no i dont, i think he is a top striker, his link up play wasnt bad today, he is just making the wrong decisions in the box, clearly struggling with confidence.1 point

Been the best player on the pitch by far tonight. From start to finish, has dictated play. Hope we see him playing like that for us soon. Great assist for the goal.1 point

And people can talk about the one negative thing in that game all they want, but if someone says something positive, then he is a Cityfan and should f*ck off to Bluemoon? Please get a grip...1 point

Who is this Justin Bieber?...Can Mourinho sign him in January if he is that good? ;-)1 point

Lets use simple maths. Which solo artist has sold more tunez than Justin Beebz during the past couple years? Which artist tested himself in Canada, America, and then the world.....? Evidently since high numbers >>> high quality, Justin Bieber should be the one we all want dominating our playlists. who cares how many cups Jose has, he's boring as fuck1 point

Credit to the fella though. He has always been consistent...off the pitch. Always speaks well in press conferences, interviews etc but never really backs it up with his performances.1 point

Because Klopp took over club that was borrowing money from Bayern to not be relegated few divisions down or even ceased to exist. That's why he was given that final season even though every sign was that it was all over between him and players/club. Jose is managing club with 5th biggest budget (or 7th if you include that fake Man City and PSG incomes) with young squad and yet he delivers the worst attacking performances from players of that caliber with no results either. Everyone knows that parting way with Klopp was great decision as Dortmund is one of the best sides at the moment. How woul1 point

And you've done it again. Impressive. It's quite amusing how you can easily disregard and ignore any argument against Mou. We are NOT talking about 12 bad games, we are talking about our shit and cowardly football, empty promises to promote youth (Loftus Cheek to get a run of games, does anyone remember that?), awful squad management etc. But still, your next post is going to be like:1 point

I don't think the likes of Payet, Cabaye, Cedric, Van Diyk and so on are currently used as a fiat. They dominate and and their teams are playing to their strengths. For me the so called small teams have stepped up big time and no other league has that amount of competition in their league!1 point

Buying better players does not always equal better product on the pitch. What good is a Ferrari if you use it like a fiat? I can't say if the mid table have gotten better, the drop off at the top gives a perception it has. It is not reality.1 point

FFS, no matter how many times you mention all the problems, you guys will just keep on saying "oh, you want him out after one-two-three (the number keeps rising btw.) bad months, but he's the best coach ever, he said so himself".1 point

I'll add a few lines to complete what Bethos has well said. He's been called for Belgium for the friendlies against Italy and Spain and he should receive some game time but until now he was behind Lukaku, Benteke and even Origi in the picking order (even with the latter is far worse than batshuayi). Wilmots, the Belgium coach, explained a few weeks ago that Michy was still not good enough to play as a lone striker in the 4-3-3 Belgium plays (and Marseille as well), as he was used to play 4-4-2 in Standard de Liège, but I don't agree at all, he's doing more than alright for the moment in Marse1 point

Neymar has been europe's best player since Messi got injured..... Since messi's injury, he has 10 goals and 6 assists to his name in 7 matches. They lost once to sevilla, which was pure luck. In addition, to neymar's goalscoring, your favorite thing, stats... vs seville. 6key passes vs rayo. 4 key passes vs eibar. 5 key passes vs getafe: 3 key passes vs villarreal. 6 key passes he's avg a little under 5 kpg. He's been barcelona best player since Messi's injury and has carried them along with suarez and busquets.1 point

They aren't Hazard. Hazard is a world class talent. Yes they have tons of attacking midfielders but how many are in the level of Hazard? Not much. Hazard would be perfect for Arsenal but fortunately that will not happen. If PSG knew Hazard was available for £60-70m or perhaps even more, do you really think they would not put in an offer? There is always space for world class talent which Hazard is.1 point

He's the best game-changer we've had since Drogba, and the best AM we've had since Robben. He's not even injury-prone *knocks on wood* AND YET I see all those know-it-alls being harsh on him just because he's going through a tough period just like the rest of the squad. It's so silly.1 point
