  1. There is little evidence to assume such a thing. In the two seasons that Mata has been here, the team was built around him for only one season, and that was last year. It happens that during this season, we had two short-term coaches ; di Matteo was most probably a stop-gap to wait for Pep Guardiola and the fat waiter was appointed to be the stop-gap till the end of the season. Neither one nor the other has been involved in the transfer policy (which kind of player to bring). All they had to do was to win with what they had at their disposal. So, they had to work with what we call in sociology

  2. Loan a player who is happy in London Loan a player who is happy at the club Loan a player who won player of the season 2 years running Loan a player to a worse team in another country Loan a player who we are building a team around Loan a player who is at the peak of their career Loan a player who is one of the best in the league Loan a player who plays a style we want to play Loan a player who is one of our only left footed players Loan a player the manager wants to keep Something doesn't add up here does it? It won't happen

  3. I've missed this. We want 0-0, we get 0-0. Easy, job done. He's so good.

  4. We don't sell our best player like that. Without him Hazard is not that great, that's the link up play between them that makes Hazard a better player. Mata is the only one that understand how to play with Eden. Oscar can't. He is a role model, a great guy, i can't see why we would want to get rid of him. The only way for him to leave is if he want to request a transfer one day to go to Madrid and co. He is a best player of the league potential He is untouchable and if Mourinho doesn't like him, i'm begin to worry about Mou himself. Is it because Mata is spanish ? Will Azpi, Romeu, Torres (oka

  5. Can't wait for Mata to start and score against United tonight and shut up all these cunts who want him out. He's scored against them in all of our last three league meetings.

  10. There are some astounding opinions, it really does amaze me how fickle people are. God so many people talk about they wish players have more loyalty but where isthe loyalty from fans to players. I would be gutted for Mata to leave. I think he is a great asset, and seems such a nice bloke. As Jose said we should be adding quality not subtracting it. I mean Player of the Year but no-one is fussed few months later if he leaves. Pretty sad.

  12. You are terribly wrong there. You've fallen for the media. This is what Simeone told. It was reported by the very reliable radio Marca . When asked whether he is after Mata on a loan deal, this what he replied. "You [the media] are very wise. You know a lot of things, things that I don't know. "These last days [of the transfer window] are days with a lot of transfers and we expect them not to be players going out." He finds it hilarious that the media believe his club has a chance in getting a club's best midfielder on loan.

  13. There you go. He's going nowhere. What more do you need? Now can we put an end to all this shit about him leaving because one lazy, half arse bitter Marca journalist made it up to try to get one over on Mourinho.

  16. Why would we even loan Mata to Atletico? They didn't give us any help with trying to sign Falcao, fuck off Atleti and fuck off Simone.

  17. You have to look back to Mourinhos first days: in his first hi used two systems, 4-3-3 or 4-3-2-1. In both we had 3 physical players in the midfield, players that could create, but had defensive abilities as well. Makele, Lampard and Tiago was Mourinhos favourite trio. Up front he used to play two wingers (Robben, Duff or even Joe Cole) with a lone striker (Drogba or Gudjonsen), in the end of the season, tough, he was playing Joe Cole and Gudjonsen in the mid, and Didier as the CF. In 05-06 we had the same pattern, Tiago left but Essies arrived, the we had Makele, Essien and Lampard. Still a v

  18. Thats it. Whats the point of buying 10 attacking players to go to Old Tradford to get a drawn. Some people are even claiming Mourinho when to his match to get a 0-0. Thats pretty weird. Whats more strange is if Benitez was our manager today people would be saying: -Benitez is garbage, he left Lukaku on the bench. -This guy is crazy, he left Mata on the bench. -Many talents and playing a defensive football. Many things to improve, I really dont see De Bruyne as player start big matches like this, and leaving Mata the entire match on the bench was far from a wise decision. It makes me wonder abo

  19. I don't know, do you think Abramovich would be happy seeing over 100m worth of attacking talent in a team but playing a low defensive block, not taking any initiative and settling for 0-0? I am happy with a point but we could have had a better go at them for 3 points. They were certainly there for the taking. I suppose 1 point beats 0 points though but it could have been different if the approach was slightly different.

  20. Mourinho on Mata: 'He is very important for me, for Chelsea. The stories coming are nonsense stories, he goes nowhere and is very important for me. He had a very small pre-season after the Confederations Cup, during that small pre-season he was injured. He started training two days before we played the first Premier League match, and had a match last week against Aston Villa, a difficult one, and today I decided to put him on the bench. 'I played with De Bruyne on the right because I know De Bruyne will give complete control of Evra defensively. When Juan plays on the right he comes more insi

  21. We did not park the bus and just let them have the ball in our half today. The genius of Jose's plans is that it stops the other team from even creating anything. He did it today just like he did it in the second half against Hull just like he did it countless times in his last stint here. When you park the bus you need a lot of luck and a lot of last ditch defending because the other team will inevitably create chances. This is different, yes Benitez managed to do it in our home game against City but couldn't repeat the act at the Etihad. It's not as easy at it looks and it does take a tactic

  22. Well we have gotten that in the past. RDM and his bus, Benitez at that pitiful game where we drew against City 0 to 0. Does not take a genius to park the bus in front of the goal!

  23. Mata hasn't come back to full form just yet. The match against Villa was proof of that. And still people expect him to come on in this kind of match, against Utd, in Old Trafford....SMH.. Could he have brought Mata on instead of Mikel? Perhaps, but Mouniho hates losing crunch fixtures more than anything and that substitution shouldn't come as a surprise.

  28. BBC had said Spurs wanted Mata, changed it to: "Losing out to their London rivals has delayed Spurs finalising the departure of Bale, although a Chelsea attacker has been identified as a potential replacement. However, Spurs are frustrated that Chelsea are refusing to sell a player who could now find himself behind Willian in the Stamford Bridge pecking order." clearly got over their anger us buying Willian and want us to sell them Mata. Why would we sell to them, especially if they consider themselves our rivals, after they refused to sell us Modric.

  31. Fifity Shades of Grey is literally the worst book of all time, the editor who approved it should have his/her license cancelled! The writing is bad and the instigation of pornography is in such a level that I found disgusting (after my ex read some parts to me). Those types of books should not be displayed on first noticible shelves. Teenagers must be introduced to great reads so they can get used to liking it, and not a pornography in book form. But what is the worse of all is the fact girls who read it and like it, wouldnt find it funny if someone came to them and made them his sex slave...

  32. Some quotes ahead of the big game tonight. "I don't know if you can talk about the game of the season. We have a lot of them, United, City, Liverpool... The great thing about England is that 6 teams can become champions. United is one of them, so they need to get out of the way." "If i'm gonna start? Thats were i'm working at. The manager likes to rotate. If you look at that only then i have a fair chance i guess. But the most important thing is that i'm working hard at training. I automaticly get my chances if i do." "After Aston Villa i got 4 days to get 100% fit. I asked for some extra trai

  34. nonsense. as simple as that. moses put in briliant performances against united, arsenal and in general was one of the best players in the league in the last month or so of the 2011-12 season. we had already splashed out cash to get oscar, hazard, azpi, marin. what we had needed at that moment was a squad player who would fill in the quota of the HG player and wont be costly at all. moses for 7mil was a GOOD DEAL. his transfer had nothing to do with the fact that he and emanalo are nigerian. a lot of weird and absolutely rubbish opinions are posted on this forum but yours in beyond comparision

Certainly wouldn't mind seeing him in the CC/FA Cup games. I just generally think he could already be a handful occupying two CBs on his physicality alone (obviously mu
