  1. Cech has been brilliant all season, so far. I can count on one hand the amount of mistakes he has made, and only one has led to a goal (Guthrie's goal for Reading). There is very little he could have done about any other goal he has conceded this season, for my money. He also has the highest saves-to-shots ratio (87%) of any goalkeeper to have faced more than 20 efforts in Europe's top 5 leagues (EPL, Serie A, Bundesliga, la Liga, Ligue Un).

  3. Lmao... Kojo ain't changing his mind on Mikel, just like everybody else isn't changing their opinions too Kojo's... Best to agree to disagree. Personally I would have paid a sniper to take him out, but so far this season he has given me little to complain about and I think he is the most improved player I have seen. I just wish Torres would have improved half as much as Mikel...

  4. Of course, FIFA ratings are what's top of the range, it's what every kid wants now days.

  5. You're using FIFA 13 ratings to justify that a player is better than another now? That's ludicrous. You obviously just have pure hate for Mikel. My Man Utd mate recently said Mikel would walk into their midfield. Go figure. You're the only person on this forum that won't acknowledge that Mikel is actually a good player, but oh well. You obviously just have a hate for him. Mikel has been much more influential to his team that Tiote has been this season. I ask you again, if Mikel is so terrible, then why haven't our management staff flogged him off then? He's been here for ages and he's made a

  6. i didn't say it was good, all i said it was the only one i found. oh right, so many of them, just like a lot of professors said that hip hop is the most intellectual genre of music in the world. if you found so many, post at least 3, I guess it's not such a big deal to find 3 links. of course i've got nothing better to do with my life, that's why i spam forums while living on somebody's back

  7. Hell, I fucking miss him. It's not the same without him. This new Chelsea generation is really quality and nice, but I'd always pick Drogba and his era over them...

  8. Arteta's a great player imo but what an awful article. It basically says Arteta is the best holding midfielder in the world right now because he averages the most tackles and interceptions in the Premier League and completes the most passes.

  10. In the boards defense, beside bringing him when we already had a striker, I don't see much fault in them. Though his form now is dreadful compared to his past, Torres was a world class striker then and was the best solution/option we had that would fit the style of play we wanted to achieve, in his case he wouldve been the perfect no.9 for our system. I can't see any other options that would've been better than him, and the club buying him actually proves my logic. He was a clinical finisher, had a burst of pace that would let him pass one v one situation, could hold the ball, could provide t

  11. Sturridge actually reminds me of Torres when he came from Spain.Young, fast and hungry, he just needs someone to believe in him and give him the chance.

  13. There is only ONE arguement to start torres ahead of danny, and that is experience. and in all honesty that doesnt mean ANYTHING at the moment. Whats even more funny is seeing people saying stuff like "torres is moving better", "he looks better", "i think he will score this game" and "he works hard, defensively too". Well, who cares if he does that if he doesnt score? Would u rather have a guy that tracks back or a guy that scores so he doesnt have to track back?

  16. Kojo, you can't honestly say Mikel has been shit this season. Can't you just appreciate when a player performs well?

  17. Are you sure about that homie??? On this play it appears to me Mikel is vicious OH btw, that is Tiote on the ground.

  18. Why not blame the board? They're the ones who sanctioned the move. When the transfer was made Torres was average at best and coming back from a serious knee injury/operation. If you're going to spend 50m on a player you have be 100% confident that he is at his peak, is able to perform immediately and is the best available. Was Torres any of those things when we got him? Not even close. The transfer was ill-advised and has proven to be a monumental waste of resources. How can you applaud the club for wasting so much money? If we bought Andy Carroll for 50m would you still be applauding? Simply
