We keep swapping central defenders around, the spine of our team. During the glorious Jose years, our two centre backs were always Carvalho and Terry. They developed a strong understanding. Now it's Ivanovic, Luiz and Terry rotating heavily. Also, why Alex isn't playing is beyond me. He's our best defender imo.

I'm excited to see how Todd Kane and Islam Feruz develop.

He looks at Van Persie, realises he's too slow to get to the ball and decides to make a fool of himself by 'slipping'. Don't be mad.

He didn't have to slip, he could of atleast put some pressure on Van Persie. Pathetic how he just gave up.

Bertrand is Ashley's replacement.

Ashley Cole needs some rest. So far this season he has played 1125 minutes already. That's higher than anyone else in our squad. I think we can survive not playing Ashley against Genk.

We won't see radical changes this season. I'd be happy with a top 3 spot and the FA cup or the Carling Cup. Next season the likes of Kalou, Malouda, Drogba, Anelka etc..Will be gone, and we will bring in fresh blood which the club needs. David Luiz will have a full season of Premier League football under his belt, Romeu should fight for a starting berth, McEachran will get more playing time etc..And we need to start promoting Todd Kane. If neither he nor Clifford improve, then we need to get a new right back aswell because that's a problem for us. Like Mourinho says, "My team is always better in the second season". Same applies to AVB.

Sturridge has been in great form this season. One bad game on the wing and I see responses like: His not good on the wing 1 footed Not good enough for Chelsea Get a grip ffs. How many goals and assists has he got for the season? Not too mention he missed the first three games of the season.
