Coach isn't manager/head coach, by the way :P

Be something like a Youth Team coach, helping the youth or something. Probably the best, then he can become youth manager and then reserve and then first team. Climb the ranks and earn experience at the same time (tactically, and want not), and even let him sit in the dug-out as well.

thats a bit disrespectful! telling him to coach the youth team then work his way up! he has already managed in the premier league so he has some experience under his belt, he would never want to come here and coach youth/reserve teams imo because he is better than that! he managed the italy u-21 and west ham so why does he need to coach youth teams?

Our youth team is better than the majority of the west ham team.

The superiority of Chelsea to West Ham, and it was a suggestion. He would have the oppertunity to earn some experience as a reserve team manager, working with competitive games. And in his tenure at the club, he really didn't have that much of a succesful one.

Imo, that isn't good enough for a Premier League football club. Probably it is wrong for me to say that, but that is my opionion. If he did manage the youth/reserve it would give him the chance to evaluate the youth and the talent that he could potential use IF he became manager. Our reserve squad should be enough of a challenge, especially facing the likes of Arsenal and Man Utd. Of course, all this is saying if he becomes coach or not. Hell, can he have the right attitude that is needed to succeed in such a high profile role?

Also, he coached the U-21 with Casiraghi. We don't 100% know who did what, to be honest. And the international scene is different then competitive league football.
