Even when Chelsea declined after the double-winning season in 2010 and even when Chelsea finished 6th last season, we were ALWAYS competing for the cups. Because Vinegar said that top 4 is a trophy, and I read a post on an arse forum saying that finishing above spurs is like a trophy aswell, so I guess they're celebrating because they've won 2 trophies.
