Sanchez plays as a winger and they are loaded at that position. That and CMs. They have many options in those two areas, so even if Wilshere, Ramsey, Sanchez, Walcott, etc, get injured/suspended they can recover.

But their options end there. Sorry. If they lose key players on any other position they are done...

Lets say Arsenal loses Giroud, Ozil, Metesaker/Koscielny or Cech

So those positions are loaded but striker (Giroud, Walcott, Welbeck, Sanchez), #10 (Ozil, Cazorla, Rosicky, Wilshere, Ramsey, Sanchez), CB (Koscielny, Mertesacker, Gabriel, Chambers, Debuchy, Monreal, yes Debuchy and Monreal have played there) are not loaded. Hmm...

Pointing out Cech is silly. Everyone misses their first choice GK in case of injury. Ospina, last year's first choice, is his back up either way.

Giroud actually lost his spot in the first XI earlier this season and I think both Koscielny and Mertesacker have been injured this season, not sure how long though.

Unless you're going to talk about the quality of the cover. But Ox, Walcott, Campbell aren't nearly as good as Sanchez. Same goes for Ramsey/Wilshere vs Cazorla or Flamini/Arteta vs Coquelin. Last year they struggled when Alexis was in poor form and it wasn't until Wenger played Cazorla-Coquelin that they started to win a lot of games.

They have a big squad and it's an advantage. Their injury record remains ridiculous though. I agree with you that they need more quality for an ideal squad but that goes for every team basically.

No way, it'll be terrible. The arrogance of Arsenal Football Club is already unbearable when they're so self-righteous and pretentious. I hope they long continue to go without winning the league and as per usual, they'll bottle it in January.

It'll be even better this year, the implosion, because this is arguably their best chance to win it and they won't

It's not that bad really if they win. It's a case of 'it's about time' imo. Nothing exceptional about winning the title after 12 years.

Of course failing to win again would be awesome. City winning it isn't good either though.

The PL is due a miracle. Big/rich teams always win it. I hope Leicester can manage it.

Yeah keep up with that mentality. You are almost ready to become a proper Arsenal fan with it. Keep dreaming their squad has depth. #ArsenalChampionsOfEngland LMAAAAO!

So, jokes apart...

1) You honestly belive Walcot and Sanchez are STs, REALLY? In that case we dont need a striker as we have Costa, Remy, Hazard and Pedro right? Oh come on please, give me a break. Giroud int even that good, if they lose him they are screwed. Welbeck is shit and then there is no other option besides playing pkayers out of position.

2) Also, now Wilshere and Ramsey are #10s. Oh God, so much BS on TC nowadays. Holly shit. #FabregasForNumber10

3) None of the defenders you posted I would trust to be anywhere near a starting position. So...

4) We lost Courtois and Begovic can take care of business. Same with Barcelona, ManCity, ManUtd, Real when Casillas was there, etc. People undervalue a lot the importance of a backup keeper.

So, this was all to prove that if Arsenal dont improve their squads they will be the new version of the 13-14 Loserpool!

It is for me lol! Arsenal fans make my blood boil and ever since Mou's "specialist in failure" jibe, any inch of success will make them a pain. Let them stick to 4th

What the heck are you talking about? Do I believe Walcott and Sanchez are strikers? They've played there. Wenger uses them there. This discussion isn't about what I believe, it's about what happens in reality. My opinion is nowhere to be found when discussing Wenger's options. Most of your post is completely irrelevant.

(I do believe Sanchez could develop into a striker personally, but that's a different discussion.)

What is this rigid belief of yours that players only play in one position, don't switch positions at certain points or deputise in different positions. Ramsey is not a right winger but he's played there all year. Cazorla is not a CM but he's played there all year. Welbeck is not a winger yet he plays there frequently for Arsenal, even England.

Ramires is anything but winger but he plays there. Do I like it? No. But he plays there. A dog could tell you Hazard is not a #9. Mourinho played him there. Reality vs logic.

Ramsey was Arsenal's #10 before Ozil. It's his original position. Wilshere has played there many times. Wilshere started as a #10. Wenger even osaid he envisions him in advanced position not too long ago.

Arsenal have 4 CBs, in case of emergencies they can call on the fullbacks who have played CB before. It's not that hard to understand. Chelsea have 3 CBs and use a fullback as a deputy.

A good back-up keeper is very important, yeah. I said Ospina was Arsenal's first choice GK, that's all. Caballero and Romero are great back-ups indeed. Barca's back-up was Pinto. For years. Funny.

That last part is gold. Honestly, if I knew you were so emotional and hysterical I wouldn't have bothered. My goodness, talk about having a tampon stuck up your vagina. Peace.

Fair play. I know what you're talking about. That is ideal. I know Arsenal fans. My uncle is enjoying football life at the moment and has been in overdrive with the jibes.

But they can't bother me with a measly title after so many years if it happens. They lack ambition when it comes to winning trophiies. We'd witness another dry spell, I'm sure.

Arsenal will definitely choke it up.

Even if Arsenal choke up along the way between now and May, can the other teams take advantage of it? No one but Leicester this season have been able to put in any sort of consistent run together and I doubt Leicester will be able to maintain their lofty position at the top of the table.

That's the most worrying. City have a very poor away record at the moment (1 away goal in 3 months and that goal was against Arsenal), United are about to go on a freefall, Liverpool and Spurs inconsistent...

As you said, it's only Leicester at the moment that can stop Arsenal.

Can Leicester win the title? If Vardy and Mahrez don't get injured throughout this season and stay on form, they are in with a shout. But that's a big IF.

The last team I want to win the title is Arsenal. Please God no. Just when 6 months ago, I told my Arsenal friends and dad that we will be the only team to bring the title to London for years to come! I'll look stupid now.

This is SO annoying knowing that if everything went to plan we would have actually have a chance of having a back-to-back titles!

To be fair, they are going to win it at some point. They can't possibly go on without winning the title with the kind of squad they have. As for this season, the only way that might stop Arsenal from winning the league this season is if United hire Mourinho.

Why can't Leicester keep their run going? They have been playing great football since the March. They're for real and I think they'll win the league.

Becuase suspensions and injuries occur. What are they gonna do if Mahrez and Vardy miss a couple of matches?
