New series starts in January/February ish 2008, and personally I can't wait. Alot of cliffhangers created from the end of series 3, and a few new characters rumoured to be joining the show.

Obviously no more Charlie, as he died at the end of series 3, the Locke situation with Jack and Ben etc etc.

I cant wait! Discuss here!

yeah lost is awsome, missd all three series when they were on sky one, so ended up buying all 3 and was competely hooked. i dunno i got a wierd feeling charlie mite still b alive, but dunno will have to wait and see.

Don't really understand why at the end of series 3, jack was sayin he wanted to go bk to the island ?? What you guys think

I lost track of Lost part way through the third series. Its good, but all a bit too surreal for me. Its as if its made up as it goes along, really.

Lost is the greatest TV show in years. New series will be very exciting now that they are adding flash-forwards into the mix as well. Unfortunately the new series is going to be screwed up by this strike they are doing in the states so it looks like the new series will be a very short one....

If thats the case, it shouldnt be a problem because series 4 would have been filmed months ago, e.g. whilst we were all enjoying series 3.

No, I think series 4 is still being filmed. It's not due to be released in America until the new year.

Nope they are still fiming and it looks like they are preparing to have a short series ending on a cliffhanger and then a second short series after that to finish that full series off.

If they had already filmed it, they would be releasing it sooner. It's such a big show that it wouldn't make sense not to. It's very likely that they'll be filming the later episodes still while the series starts.

They don't film that far in advance, they are 100% still filming and they have said that the current strikes are going to affect the new series, which is a real pain
